Large store stocked with most popular aussie skincare/bodycare/health products. Less people visiting in the morning. Clear signs in general but some items were labelled with different prices.

I came in looking for a few things and came out with a big smile on my face due to the awesome customer service I received. Shout out to Thomas at Pharmacy for being so chill & down to earth. In a busy world, this guy managed to explain things smoothly to me without making me feel awkward or ignored. Honestly, he definitely could go places! And shout out to Ezekiel hope I spelt that right for being so hospitable by going out his way to be patient and helpful. I wish you all the best in life, you guys! And thank you for your service.

Rating is specifically for an amazing staff tonight Saturday 7th Feb. We came in half an hour before closing because the product we were looking for had showed in stock online but found the shelf empty. When I asked Raihan hope I got his name correctly, he immediately checked the spare boxes up the top then went off and grabbed a few boxes for me within minutes. Zero fuss, super efficient! We saw him responding to other customers in the same cool as a cucumber way. What a dude! Give this man a pay rise!

I hate all Chemist Warehouses - they treat their customers abominably. If you enjoy being followed around the store by security and watched like a hawk even if you are making an innocent purchase then go here. However, I personally don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal for no reason whatsoever. I will be taking my business to another local pharmacy or Mecca to get treated like respected and appreciated customer from now on.

Every staff member was lovely, very helpful and patient. However, they need to hire another security guard.nI didn’t end up buying, as I was walking out the door, past the security alarm, the security guard stopped me and asked to check inside my partner’s my handbag. If the security alarm didn’t go off, why does he feel the need to check inside?! Her handbag was tiny, all it could fit was her phone and card holder.nI proceed to ask him why he needed to check inside as she clearly didn’t take anything and the alarm panels didn’t ring.nHe gave me the meanest look and said that she might’ve stole something?!n“What about all the other women in the store with handbags? Did you check them?”, he ignored the question and just waved me off, without saying anything.nThe security guard looked African dark skinned and was bald.nHire someone new please.
