I had a wonderful experience at Chemist Warehouse St Lukes. The store is very well presented and has such a wide variety of perfumes to choose from. The customer service was excellent – the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely my go-to place for fragrances!

Chemist Warehouse St Lukes is unbeatable for savings! Massive store with aisles packed with vitamins, skincare, protein powders, baby stuff, and perfumes at crazy low prices – always cheaper than anywhere else. Picked up supplements and beauty products with huge discounts. Staff friendly, quick at the pharmacy counter, and the place is well-stocked and clean. My go-to in Auckland for health essentials!

Avoid collecting your prescription from this store if you can. They are always busy due to always being understaffed. Have waited over half an hour on several occasions for the pharmacy to have my prescription ready. You are better off going to another pharmacy

I am constantly running out of my prescribed medication, have discussed this with the chemist at length, I was under the impression they were actually going to start holding stock.nThis was apparently incorrect as I am now 10 days into waiting for my script yet again, and all calling achieves is condescending commentary on how there has just been two public holidays. That excuse would fly, were it not literally every script I order from this place of late.nI can get over the massive lines, sometimes leading to 40mins+ wait.nWhat i cant get over is the constant delays, zero communication regarding and apparently minimal effort to work around.nI have been coming here for a long time, but sadly these days would not recommend this branch at all.

visited today and was stopped by the guard for a bag check, even though the alarm didn’t go off. Nobody else around me was stopped — only me. This isn’t the first time this has happened with the same guard, and it’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Being singled out repeatedly like this makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and at this point, it genuinely feels like racial bias is involved. I don’t feel comfortable coming back under these circumstances. Management needs to take this seriously, address the behavior, and teach their staff a proper lesson. Customers should not have to experience this kind of treatment, and I hope action is taken so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
