Chemist Warehouse St Lukes

This place is understaffed, and it shows.nWaited over 45 mins along with over a dozen others for our prescriptions.nLooked like a lot of staff went on a loooonnnggg break on a Sunday afternoon.nGet it together.

I went to chemist warehouse at St Luke’s as I came from Australia and was looking for a specific brand made in New Zealand. I was lucky enough to find this item on special and got it for less than half price. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful as in all chemist warehouse stores

Staff members and pharmacists are friendly, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They stock plenty of items including medicines that aren't stocked by smaller pharmacies. Parking is shared with all of the other shops in the area so it's challenging to find one most time of the day, however, in the evenings there are plenty of spaces available.

The service is extremely average in this store compared to others but the range is fantastic. Managed to have in stock the skin care I like so that makes me happy

I bought some health supplements as the gift for family member but unfortunately they allergic with some ingredients so I brought supplements next day to exchange other products which is they not allergic with. But they refused to exchange products even it sealed, not open although I just bought these a day before. And they bring list of products which is included everything in the store CAN NOT exchange or return and said it’s our policy. It’s ridiculous, I really disappointed with their service
