The chemist itself is fine, however I after today, I will stop going to this chemist and instead go to bargain chemist across the road. 9 times out of 10, you will be accosted by fundraisers as you walk into CW. There is always someone outside the chemist, the most aggressive are the Wheel Blacks fundraisers, and today I was quilted into 'thinking of the kids' by a gentleman fundraising for IHC. If they were just shaking buckets and asking for change, then fine. But these people want to sign you up to monthly payments or a minimum donation of $20. As far as the Wheel Black's go, they are fundraising for a hobby. Not medical treatment etc... a hobby, and as for thinking of the kids, most people are concentrating on supporting thier own children, let alone any one else's. So this strategy is pretty crap. Sorry Chemist Warehouse, these fundraisers are really letting you down.

They don’t bother to stock the shelves and other things overpriced

I’ve visited this chemist Warehouse a handful of times and every time I visit this pharmacy I’ve had really bad customer service. Extremely disappointing. A positive about this place is it has good affordable fragrances and is full of good products. The negative is that staff don’t really put much emphasis on serving the customers. The pharmacy has so much products that you can spend hours looking for each item as the Isles are not clearly labelled and get frustrated and end up leaving. Staff help is very rare as they don’t really care to assist in finding what you’re looking for. If asked at the counter, either they are unskilled about the knowledge of the products and send you off to get some random scrap or they point you to a section where you literally lost. The pharmacist are usually unable to help much unless your collecting a prescription. More like they too busy reading industry rules and regulations that you just give up and go somewhere else.nAlso, during most of my visits I noticed there were either a ladder or boxes blocking the shelves, which made it hard to reach for products on the shelves.nThis place is convenient to visit and has lots of products but can’t excess it due to some obstacle or the other. Parking also can be challenging at times. Customer services and getting staff to assist who know about vitamins and products is a major issue here. I hope this changes and they can do better.
