Bargain Chemist Westgate

Huge store! Staff was lovely and very helpful. Great prices and if it’s cheaper somewhere else they price match which is awesome !! It’s not as busy as CW which is a bonus. I love it here!

First time at the Westgate Bargain Chemist. Staff were all lovely however I was disappointed to see customers orders sitting openly on the counter where you paid. There was probably over 50 stacks of orders. These had customers names and addresses in full view. When I mentioned privacy act breaches I was told they are supposed to be face down however they weren't & even if they were in was right where you placed your items to pay so zero security.nReading the online privacy policy it openly states they share customers information with third parties but zero mention of how they protect your privacy.nIdentity fraud it's high so it's disappointing for such poor management of customer information

This company's designated customer care team is pretty useless and blunt. But these guys are different. They actually follow up and care about you. Thanks Shyla and David for your help. I hope the company appreciates what you guys do

Went in for just a couple of items and the place is so big and options so many I was stunned. The staff member at the counter knew exactly which isle and shelf I needed to go to, she took me right to it. Their prices were also comparable to the other major chemist chain store. I think the service is much better though.

Prices are comparable to other big chain, save type chemists. Stick about the same also. However, the very poor attitude and effort from staff suggests ‘go elsewhere’. One remained on their phone despite there being customers waiting. Another when asked where a particular product was - it was our first visit and the place is positively cavernous- made it clear it was too much effort and huffed and puffed their way through their explanation of ‘go look at the back of the store’.
