Chemist Warehouse Henderson

Have been helped by the wonderful Charlie numerous times. Very approachable, always friendly, welcoming & helpful. However the cashiers are quite rude, especially the elderly workers. Young staff at front counter are usually a delight.

Oh no Chemist Warehouse - what has happened to you?   Multiple orders recently have had items that were cancelled as not available and that is when I was actually able to get to put something in my cart for delivery.  Too many items are In Store only and Henderson store seems to have no stock at all.   Recently looking for a reasonably priced fragrance to click and collect but gave up after first 25 yes that twenty five items were not available in Henderson.  Please can you set up your website better so people can select their store or for delivery then just show what is available.  Just cannot be bothered trolling through to not be able to shop.  Emails to customer service go unanswered.   Sadly there is now more competition who are much more efficient and have easier to use websites that I will shop with in future.

We came in and brought a hand brace. The velcro on the brace was wearing within 3 weeks of purchase Yes, less then one month!. The manager or head chemist spoke with us and it just seemed from the get go he was just trying to find a way to justify denying us a swap to another one with better velcro Yep, didn't want a refund, just a new one that worked.nnHe even made my parter put it on and try to replicate it. This was quite shocking as we felt like we had to go to extreme levels just to swap the product. While we were there he got a new one out of the box and it performed much better. That should have been all the proof/testing needed to access the situation.nnHe kept going on about his losses and having to approach the supplier. Well sorry that's not your customers problem and as unfortunate as it is, that's what business write offs are for. If a product is faulty within ONE MONTH there should be zero issues as legally consumers guarentees act protects consumers up to 1 year. + extra in some circumstances.nnPretty shocking service, money hungry and has no thought towards the customers.

This is a 5 star review for one particular staff member working a day shift around lunch time on Friday 1st March in the fragrance area, unsure of the staff members name but they had piercings, tattoos and short hair with highlights on top perhaps Maori? I initially asked for assistance from another staff member working in the fragrance area who looked at me as if I were an inconvenience before snapping at the other staff member to come and help me. To the staff member who patiently waited while I sampled fragrances 5 stars to you! To the staff member who probably should not be in customer service if you despise customers -10 stars for you. I hope the good staff member sees this! You helped me with the body sprays and told me which one you wear and which one you think smells like toe jams lol
