Chemist Warehouse Henderson

The elder lady at the cashier has very poor customer service. We spent 350 dollars worth of products, but her unprofessional made us feel unwelcome and unsatisfied. Hope she'll learn to value and respect customers next time. We won't be visiting this any time in the future.

Poor service this is always my go to store for picking up my father’s prescription. I went in and told the pharmacist his name and she gave me and my son a certain look, my kid is almost two and he was shouting because he gets excited when he sees new colours. And she looked annoyed, so when I told her we were there to collect my dads medicine she said there’s nothing here. I then asked politely if I could see her screen of when the last repeat medicine was so that I can inform the GP maybe they forgot to send, and she angrily tossed her monitor back. I didn’t want to tell her straight up I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but when the white person behind me was next in line her attitude completely changed and how she approached. I understand if you’re mad at my kid being excited to see colours, or me asking to see your screen so that I can inform my GP about the last meds date. Just don’t let it get into the way of serving everyone equal, if you have a problem with me being brown then I guess ill look for options to bleach lol. God Bless you girl

Dont even know where to begin with this one. I went in to the Henderson branch to look for some skincare products for myself, approached a lady in the skincare aisle for some help choosing products and I was shrugged at and pointed in the direction of the ENTIRE product range or skincare they have…. LUCKILY I ran into probably the most experienced customer service weapon named Henry yes I got his name this time because he was that amazing I thought in the moment I wanted to write a review for this man. He gave me the full 411 on everything skincare related and even helped me with the rest of my shopping experience. I dont know if he was the manager or whatever they have there but he should be!! Well done Henry mate ill be coming to you from now on thats for sure

2pm Sunday afternoon.. you might want to Ask your perfume staff to serve customers instead of stand there and spend 20 mins flirting with men. You might actually sell things.. I got sick of standing there waiting for someone to come and unlock the cabinet so I could smell a perfume that I was going to spend $300 on while she stood there flirting with 2 men that clearly had no intention of making a purchase. I asked other staff for help who said she was the only one with the key. Still no help. Absolutely diabolical service.

Absolutely appalling service by chemist warehouse Henderson! Stopped in Sunday 12pm to buy a last minute cologne and not even 1 minute inn we have a staff member and security guard standing on each end of the aisle watching us as if we were about to steal! Never coming here again!nCouldn’t help but feel discriminated against!
