Chemist Warehouse Henderson

The elder lady at the cashier has very poor customer service. We spent 350 dollars worth of products, but her unprofessional made us feel unwelcome and unsatisfied. Hope she'll learn to value and respect customers next time. We won't be visiting this any time in the future.

2pm Sunday afternoon.. you might want to Ask your perfume staff to serve customers instead of stand there and spend 20 mins flirting with men. You might actually sell things.. I got sick of standing there waiting for someone to come and unlock the cabinet so I could smell a perfume that I was going to spend $300 on while she stood there flirting with 2 men that clearly had no intention of making a purchase. I asked other staff for help who said she was the only one with the key. Still no help. Absolutely diabolical service.

Absolutely appalling service by chemist warehouse Henderson! Stopped in Sunday 12pm to buy a last minute cologne and not even 1 minute inn we have a staff member and security guard standing on each end of the aisle watching us as if we were about to steal! Never coming here again!nCouldn’t help but feel discriminated against!

Absolute nuthouse, pharmacist, gives me half of the prescription then tell me to wait for 20 mins for the rest, which I did then tells me naa go and get a prescription, had this conversation 3 times to 3 different people. Nuthouse circus. Not worth the stress, obviously they value money over people. Tried my best to explain but then they are always right and deaf to any explanations

We came in and brought a hand brace. The velcro on the brace was wearing within 3 weeks of purchase Yes, less then one month!. The manager or head chemist spoke with us and it just seemed from the get go he was just trying to find a way to justify denying us a swap to another one with better velcro Yep, didn't want a refund, just a new one that worked.nnHe even made my parter put it on and try to replicate it. This was quite shocking as we felt like we had to go to extreme levels just to swap the product. While we were there he got a new one out of the box and it performed much better. That should have been all the proof/testing needed to access the situation.nnHe kept going on about his losses and having to approach the supplier. Well sorry that's not your customers problem and as unfortunate as it is, that's what business write offs are for. If a product is faulty within ONE MONTH there should be zero issues as legally consumers guarentees act protects consumers up to 1 year. + extra in some circumstances.nnPretty shocking service, money hungry and has no thought towards the customers.
