Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall

Most arrogant pharmacist I have met so far in Glenfield Mall Chemist Warehouse. How I miss Life Pharmacy in the mall. They were million times superior to this lady who was so rude to me. I gave the script name to a pharmacist who toook it down and left. Then this arrogant lady comes in and is serving the other customers. I stepped off the queue and was waiting when I saw the other pharmacist serving other customer else where I raised this with this arrogant pharmacist who told me to go to another store. OTher store employees are good and I have no problem with other staff. This lady was the worst. As a custoemr you have no rights to even question when the process is wrong. I ws off the queue waiting and the one who first took the prescription didnt bother to come back nad this woman is serving others in the queue. Am I just supposed to keep waiting like a fool? On top of all that I had to bear the brunt of this lady's anger to the point she just plainly asked me to go to another store. All I did was to ask why didnt the other pharmacist bother to let me know. I was trying to do the right thing by stepping off the queue and waiting. Neither the one who took the prescription nor this arrogant lady would let me know that my medicines were ready. When questioned she became angry and told me to go elsewhere. They dont care about losing customers. I wonder if the upper management is the same and would care less. Why would I ever want to go back to this store?

Had a bad customer service experience from the front counter worker.nI Went to collect my order, the two female staffs were too busy in chatting, even they seemed noticed someone was standing there for a few minutes but not calling for the check out. Want to thanks for the other kind lady there she saw me and came up for the nice service with smiles.

i have a terrible experience by one of the sales lady over the counter. iam picking up a online order and unfortunately i forgot my phone and my ID as i was in a hurry with my toddler, the filipino lady with long hair i forgot her name, she could have been nice by telling me its not allowed to claim any orders if there is no order number or ID i dont mind but the she rolled her eyes, became a little bit rude and highly entitled of herself makes me wanna cringe. girl your a filipino and you could have done better. i will complain you soon via letter.

Very helpful chemist and staff, staying open for me while I went to collect some emergency medication for my partner. Very considerate people

Good service, especially from their store manager. The chemist warehouse’s online booking system for this year’s 2023 flu vaccine was a joke, displaying all sorts of error messages. After telling the store manager, he really did follow up and helped us sort out the problems we encountered. Although there were numerous delays but we eventually did get what we needed.
