Good service, especially from their store manager. The chemist warehouse’s online booking system for this year’s 2023 flu vaccine was a joke, displaying all sorts of error messages. After telling the store manager, he really did follow up and helped us sort out the problems we encountered. Although there were numerous delays but we eventually did get what we needed.
Very poor customer service. The Filipina cashier not willing to help out for a tester of the perfume. I even brought out to the Filipina manager but seems like shes not also interested with my complaint.
The employees were very rude and they just answered perfunctorily when I asked them where things were. When I see other people asking, the attitude is different. Basically, they evaluate the customer's consumption to serve. I have always bought things from their other branches and this is the first time in glenfield I have been treated with such service.
Went in there on a Tuesday morning,cashier was very rude,no idea of customer service.Although have found most of their cashier staff cant do their jobs well or have no idea of service.The girl on Tuesday also charged for a bag yet she never disclosed there would be a charge on it.I later saw on receipt,rather sneaky.
Great service, reasonable price, great range of supplements and perfumes. Highly recommend, 5 Stars
