Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall

Bought a big bottle of Cetaphil Cleanser from the Chemist Warehouse Glenfield Mall. When I opened it, inside it's full of black gooey sticky thing which is so disgusting. I brought it back to the store. They reject to replace it or refund because the purchase was over 3 days, although the expiry date of the big bottle is 03/2027. They even told me to go ahead and complain wherever I want to. It's just pathetic. Will never go there shopping again. I have to throw away the 1L Cleanser which costs $30.nThe Chemist Warehouse in Milford mall is so much better. Originally I thought I bought it from there. I went there and told them the product is faulty. They were very helpful. They spent 15 minutes to go through all the transactions patiently but didn't find that purchase record. That's when I realised that I actually bought it from the one in Glenfield mall.

Most arrogant pharmacist I have met so far in Glenfield Mall Chemist Warehouse. How I miss Life Pharmacy in the mall. They were million times superior to this lady who was so rude to me. I gave the script name to a pharmacist who toook it down and left. Then this arrogant lady comes in and is serving the other customers. I stepped off the queue and was waiting when I saw the other pharmacist serving other customer else where I raised this with this arrogant pharmacist who told me to go to another store. OTher store employees are good and I have no problem with other staff. This lady was the worst. As a custoemr you have no rights to even question when the process is wrong. I ws off the queue waiting and the one who first took the prescription didnt bother to come back nad this woman is serving others in the queue. Am I just supposed to keep waiting like a fool? On top of all that I had to bear the brunt of this lady's anger to the point she just plainly asked me to go to another store. All I did was to ask why didnt the other pharmacist bother to let me know. I was trying to do the right thing by stepping off the queue and waiting. Neither the one who took the prescription nor this arrogant lady would let me know that my medicines were ready. When questioned she became angry and told me to go elsewhere. They dont care about losing customers. I wonder if the upper management is the same and would care less. Why would I ever want to go back to this store?

I bought nearly $200 today, but the Asian girl at the cashier didn't even say thank you or ask if I needed a bag. It's unfortunate for the boss to have such an employee.

Went to purchase item that was advertised at 10% off, but at till was full price, was told 10% off was online only but the product price made no mention of online only sale, asked for price match then as I'd found it cheaper with 10% off sale price but sales person wouldn't match the price and charged full price.nnMisleading advertising of a sale when not honored and not showing it was an online price only on the products page.

Had a bad customer service experience from the front counter worker.nI Went to collect my order, the two female staffs were too busy in chatting, even they seemed noticed someone was standing there for a few minutes but not calling for the check out. Want to thanks for the other kind lady there she saw me and came up for the nice service with smiles.
