Chemist Warehouse Browns Bay

Bought krill oil a few weeks ago from Chemist Warehouse. Threw the receipt out. Opened the container at home over the weekend and found the seal to be broken. Inside it looked and smelled bad with oil smeared all over. Took it back to CW but they did not want to replace the product or process a refund without a receipt. Should be a straightforward process that they can sort out with their supplier. Never had an issue like this before - with or without receipt, whether it was a new toaster or a cabbage. $42 out of pocket, thanks CW.

Bought a few incorrect items for a friend by a mistake, the items never been opened and still within 7 days, so brought back for a return, only asked for a credit note instead of a money refund because shopped in this store quite often, however been rejected, because items' condition will be changed due to the temperature changed??? however according to the outside package, the items only required to be stored under 30'c, so how will it be changed in a cold winter? Have done the same thing in Unichem before, no problem at all. I guess I will probably still shop in this store, however just a friendly tip, if you are unsure about items that you are buying for yourself or for anyone else, please do not buy from them, or you should ask and keep a record before you do, or otherwise you might loose $250 like me, thanks

Well stocked store, lots of great specials, but lacking customer service. Always a queue at the counter during lunch break hours and No-one around to ask for help.

Came yesterday to try on some foundation. Was about to buy it and noticed that it's expiry date is September 2022. All other products of this brand on the shelves were leaking all covered in make up product that looke like leaked from the bottles and cannot be sold as packaging is not of a proper quality.nQuality control should be much higher. Client should be sure that standards and expry dates are adhered to.
