My daughter has run out of ventolin and can't see a doctor until Friday. The Chinese pharmacist says that she cannot prescribe an emergency inhaler, yet legally she can. This is after she was shown the original inhaler. Surely they have a duty of care to the public!?.

Bought a few incorrect items for a friend by a mistake, the items never been opened and still within 7 days, so brought back for a return, only asked for a credit note instead of a money refund because shopped in this store quite often, however been rejected, because items' condition will be changed due to the temperature changed??? however according to the outside package, the items only required to be stored under 30'c, so how will it be changed in a cold winter? Have done the same thing in Unichem before, no problem at all. I guess I will probably still shop in this store, however just a friendly tip, if you are unsure about items that you are buying for yourself or for anyone else, please do not buy from them, or you should ask and keep a record before you do, or otherwise you might loose $250 like me, thanks

Well stocked store, lots of great specials, but lacking customer service. Always a queue at the counter during lunch break hours and No-one around to ask for help.
