The frontline staff are very lovely and great to deal with here! However, I will not use this pharmacy again due to the attitude and way I was spoken to, by the foreign female pharmacist the last time I was there. That day, I was so stressed about other things and you took me to a point where I could have given you a real nasty piece of my mind, but I turned the other cheek cos I was not going to bring myself to your level! You need a degree in Customer Service and if you don’t like talking to people politely and respectfully, then don’t!!!

The beautiful pharmacy assistant at Unichem was absolutely lovely and so caring. I didn’t get her name but she was just lovely. My husband and I visited the pharmacy 10.01 at around 6.pm after my dental visit and the service she offered was impeccable. She absolutely made my day. I told her so. The world definitely needs more earth angels like her. Rene
