Tried several times to pick up a repeat subscription however due to factors out of my control, was told to come back at a future time to pick up the repeat subscription. What the staff didn’t tell me was that the repeat subscription also had an expiry so on returning today, I’ve just been advised that the repeat subscription expired 2 weeks ago. Very poor service given the inconvenience this has now caused me.nI suggest using another pharmacy that extend a better level of communication to their customers around this sort of thing.nCharles

I come here all the time and the staff is always so incredibly lovely, remember me and make me feel super comfortable when I need to get vaccines, super accommodating and kind!
