Counter staff are friendly and helpful. Store is laid out nicely. Not as varied compared to Chemist Warehouse but a great addition to the coast.nnUnfortunately the pharmacists are quite cold and rude. I appreciate the text alerts once a script is up for renewal, however I have text back saying ‘yes’ to having it prepared and for some reason it didn’t register on their system - very frustrating as I had to wait for the stock to be ordered in. They are efficient overall though, which I guess is the main thing.

31st Dec 2024. VERY POOR SERVICE - they will only accept cash if the amount you have is EXACT. I have been buying many things here weekly but I will not be going in there again unless they change their policy. Yesterday they accepted cash, today they would only accept the exact amount - I walked out because I only had banknotes.

My doctor made an error with my prescription, so I needed to pick up 2 months of missing medication infusion sets for my insulin pump, to keep me alive the doctor had organized all of this apparently. So I went in to collect and they won't give me the missing medication from last time not their mistake I had paperwork from the last prescription to show the error that she wouldn't even look at. The Asian lady wasn't very good at explaining why she was incapable of supplying the medication I am funded mentioning something about the government and it being free that's not true I am funded 1 set every 72 hours, but the manufacturer states 48 hours, so there is already an under funding issue , not their issue she then became rude and just kept saying don't worry about it. I need this stuff to stay alive. I'm worried about it.
