I really love shopping at this chemist warehouse. I can find things easily and very friendly staff. One particular staff ZARA is very friendly and helpful. Maybe 3 or 4 times. I couldn't find what I needed. She actually helped me several times there and also recommend even better ones from there. I really appreciate her customer

I don’t like the click and collect service here.nI forgot to bring my ID but found a photo of my driver license in my phone. The cashier tried to refuse the pickup but I said it worked before. She warned me to bring actual ID next time and kept saying “you don’t understand how serious this is“, so arrogant, the way she says it is very unpleasant.nMy fault for not bringing ID but unpleasant experience here. Terrible customer service.

The Pharmacists in Milford are amazing helped me so much with understanding and support through a very tough 2-3 years of chronic pain. If you ever need support this is the place to go. After many years of exceptional service with CW South City in Christchurch I needed and emergency script in Auckland Milford CW. The pharmacist was rude and proceeded to tell me all CW’s were individually owned and operated and he was far too busy to accommodate my request which I’ve never had a problem with before and I was also a new customer to that branch. I even offered a lead time of 6days to allow for my request to be fulfilled. His reply was, I’m far too busy take it or leave it. His attitude was appalling. Why would a new person want to become a regular? On picking up the script a wait of 20mins of looking to find it, not acceptable. The shop may be ok for off the shelvenproducts but the pharmacy side needs an staff attitude change. Without customers there is no CW Milford.nCheers Christiane
