Chemist Warehouse Albany NZ

Really surprised by some of the negative reviews here because my experience has consistently been excellent.nnThe staff are exceptional — approachable, hardworking, and genuinely helpful even when the store is clearly busy. The dispensary team in particular has always been professional, efficient, and willing to take the time to answer questions properly.nnThe product variety is also one of the best around. It’s incredibly convenient being able to find pharmacy essentials, health products, skincare, supplements, and everyday items all in one place at competitive prices.nnI think people sometimes forget how high-volume a pharmacy like this actually is. When you take a moment to logically think about the number of customers they deal with every day, a lot of the overly dramatic reviews start to sound pretty unrealistic. No business is perfect, but this pharmacy does a far better job than many people give it credit for.nnOverall, a well-run pharmacy with great staff and great value.

Unfortunately a recent experience in the Ultra Beauty section of the store has drastically changed my view on this branch. Previously I’d received only good service, but this time when I sought help in finding a foundation stick shade that wasn’t on the shelf I was treated very rudely and as if I was dumb it turned out I was right and that the website had the incorrect image on the product I wanted. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever been given.

Bought some eye drops from here. The price was good and there were lots of options. The shop is big and easy to walk around. Customer service was okay.

Excellent. Huge range of products. Good prices. Dispensing pharmacy always busy but generally great service. Best to have doctor send prescriptions direct to them, then you just wait for a text to say it's ready for collection. Saves time and very reliable

I admire staff Porticha or Poricha, I forget her name . She was amazing I was looking for the product she spends lots of time for me and give the proper description. She was calm and help me to find the great products. I think she is the best there . Love her great customer service
