They do not care about your pain. Doc says to go in and they will give temporary relief while you await Docs appointment. Went in and their option was to take Panadol for an external issue. Panadol did diddly squat. I think if you have a car accident they'll prescribe Panadol. Its 6AM & I'm in excruciating pain. All I needed was the temp. relief to last me till my Docs appointment and they decided I didn't qualify.

Hanna-me is the best pharmacist to go to. She is always so lovely, no question too much trouble for her to answer. All the staff are helpful and friendly in this chemist. An extra five minutes drive for me but so totally worthwhile. Apologies if I have spelled your name incorrectly. They do price matching beating other advertised price lowering cheapest price by 10% so no way I’m going back to offensive and rude behaviour at the other cut price chemist.

Helpful and professional, got all of my medication prescribed in one visit which is a major improvement on the previously used cut price facility. Staff willing to spend five minutes helping me is so appreciated and the easy parking here is brilliant, 5 minutes from Sylvia Park, definitely worth the effort. I even get points towards cheaper petrol which is just a plus. I won’t be going anywhere else. Try it, you’ll be pleased.

Racially profiled while shopping, was followed by 4 security guards and watched by 2 store clerks. Asked to check my bags, found nothing. Wasn't a pleasant feeling. Do better.
