As expected this store has become whole lot better since Tuesday renovations. It’s much bigger and has huge variety of items. The aisles are tidy and products are neatly stocked.nThe staff at the pharmacy is super busy but is very friendly and courteous. Try to do the job to the best of their ability.nIt’s got everything you would need. I particularly liked the fragrance section that has selection of perfumes.nIt’s in the mall so parking is not a problem.

Monday 6 January at 9.10am and rather than yell at these people behind the prescription counter for their slow service because they have a no tolerance policy I thought I’d write a review and give them a 2 star. They have two pharmacists working a tall Chinese man and an island lady so to alleviate these two who lack social skills they need a counter person there permanently to take the orders and communicate with customers how things are going there are enough staff on the main floor to do this cos generic “10 minutes” is usually 25 minutes. I’m going to email head office about fixing the customer service in the prescription area it’s simply not good enough.

So needed some eyes drops for my young lad3yrs and asked a big large man in the back of the store for help choosing a correct eye drop solution. He was very friendly, great humor, and went the extra mile by giving me a formulary website if I have any future questions and that we are free to call if we have any questions. Hat off to you sir!

There's one lady who works there that's extremely kind. I always think that when the staff are good and you have a good experience in the store then you want to come back. And that lady she always so kind to me and my kids.

Has what we always need, staff are patient when you want to test 10+ perfumes and they're quick on checkouts but are still nice considering how busy it gets there.
