The aisles are tidy and products are neatly stocked.nThe staff at the pharmacy is super busy but is very friendly and courteous. Try to do the job to the best of their ability.nIt’s got everything you would need. I particularly liked the fragrance section that has selection of perfumes.nIt’s in the mall so parking is not a problem.

Customer service skills are shocking phone service also shocking.nnThere needs to be a massive overhaul when training in customer service skills in all industries right througout Auckland.nnIf you have lived outside of NZ and in England or Australia, then you would appreciate speaking of such high valued customer service skills.nnHere the communication skills is lacking because there is no emphasis on customer service skill sets period when training workers

Very poor customer service. After we made the payment, the cashier gave us the bill with no smile, full of arrogance and almost felt like they threw the bill at my wife.

Definitely a warehouse for medicines and guaranteed cheaper prize compared usual pharmacy around Auckland. The shop is massive and so big and has cosmetic, protein shake, all kind of medicines and free subscription as well. Lot of employees to always help you with your needs. Highly recommended if you want to save money on your medical bills.
