As expected this store has become whole lot better since Tuesday renovations. It’s much bigger and has huge variety of items. The aisles are tidy and products are neatly stocked.nThe staff at the pharmacy is super busy but is very friendly and courteous. Try to do the job to the best of their ability.nIt’s got everything you would need. I particularly liked the fragrance section that has selection of perfumes.nIt’s in the mall so parking is not a problem.

Very poor customer service. I brought 4 in 1 foot brush on last Saturday and steel part is getting rust in 3 days time. So went there yesterday to buy another product and to replace this rusty product. Cashier Josh no apologies or refund given. If you guys wants to work behind the counter, please learn to greet the customers first.

I saw that the OPI nail polish was on sale for $28 marked in a few spots with the product in front of the signs. I took it to the front and they said it was $31. It was only a $3 difference but it’s the false advertising that annoyed me. Dishonest pricing!

Chemist Warehouse Manukau is one of my go-to stores — I’m there almost every other day. They have sales going on quite often, which makes it great for finding good deals. I’ve seen Maybelline Fit Me products for around $19 and lipsticks starting as low as $10, which is amazing value. The store usually has a wide range of products, and it’s a great place to shop if you love saving money on beauty and health items.

I had a very disappointing experience with your price-match policy.nI went to the store last night with some hand wash and showed the staff a cheaper price from another retailer, only to be told that price matching is limited to three items per customer. First of all, this is not explicitly stated anywhere on your website’s price-match policy. Secondly, there were two of us.nnI politely asked if we could pay separately—meaning each of us would purchase three—but the staff member simply said, “No, this is our store policy.” The attitude was incredibly frustrating. She even asked me twice to show her the price, as if the price-match difference was coming out of her own pocket.nnIf the store has no intention of honouring price matches, then it should not offer the policy in the first place. This was an extremely unpleasant experience.
