Stay away from the pharmacy! ! !nnThere extremely rude, they won’t listen to you, wait times are ridiculous and they don’t even have customer service “no hello, how can I help you” they argue with you in front of everyone in the store, they have absolutely no discretion, openly talking loudly about my private medical information in full hearing distance of other shoppers. they wouldn’t give me a repeat from the previous week as they said that it’s too late. I tried to explain that the pharmacist last week had not given me my repeat with all my other medications but they refused to listen and instead argued with me.nnI Had to go back to my medical centre to get this sorted out only to find out that the head pharmacist Heeral Kalyan had lied and told my medical centre saying “I didn’t show up to collect my repeat” even though it’s on file that I collected all my other medications the week before and it was obvious the pharmacist the week prior had not given me one of my medications that I collect every week and have been for the past 4 months.nnThey made a mistake, mistakes happen but they didn’t want to own up to it or listen to me, instead chose to argue and get aggressive with me telling me it’s my fault and it’s too bad.nnThey didn’t give me one of my medications causing me to run out!n“What if I was a diabetic or had some heart condition, or an elderly person with limited transport@nnOnce this was sorted out I return there and they say they don’t have stock and I’ll have to wait 5-10 minutes as someone had gone to the other branch in pukekohe to collect more medicine as they had “ran out of stock”nnThen when I come back 1/2 hour later they only have half of my prescription ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes and the staff member I spoke to was confused and said no we have stock of those medications.nnI strongly believe they lied to me yet again and made me wait internally.nnIn total it took 2 1/2 hours of my day on Christmas Eve to get my prescriptions.nnRuined my day/waste of time and of all days on Christmas Eve!nnWill never return there! Would rather pay triple price elsewhere.nnThe security guard - “Craig” is amazing and SOME of the girls on reception are friendly, other staff around the shop are to focused on talking to each other and never offer any assistance unless you ask and when you ask they don’t walk and show you the product they just tell you the isle number.nnHighly recommend to go to other pharmacists that are genuine and caring and not just there to do their job.nnIf you have elderly family members going there make sure that they are getting all there medication and get them to always check the amount they have given you.nnFYI not the first negative experience I’ve had there.

Went in to get a script despensed. Waited for ages to get served only to be ignored for 10mins whilst the pharmacists 4 on duty ignored me. Girl behind the counter the told me the 'scripts in counter' was closed and I needed to go to.tbe 'scripts out counter'. What was funny was that she then walked to that counter! Couldn't believe it... I promptly gave up and went to Woolworths where the service is top notch.nnAvoid at all costs.

Hi, it was such a horrible experience yesterday when we bought a few things and we were charged $74 extra at the same time I asked the girl who was at the checkout to double check the price please and she called The assistant manager who was miss Sasha… she came and corrected the item which was being charged too much and I asked her politely can you please double check other items as well and she looked at me and told me off disrespectfully in front of other customers and her team members. I was 10000000% sure the way she looked at me and responded was a racist behaviour. This review is not about other people but if in case she ever reads it please never ever do that to anyone. No one should be treated like that.

I made the mistake of submitting my three monthly prescriptions to be supplied by the Chemist Warehouse, Pukekohe. I received a message saying they were ready but when I went to get them I was told they disagreed with the dosage my doctor had set for one particular medication which had a repeat on it also and they had emailed my doctor to correct the dosage. When the prescriptions were finally ready i was informed that there is no repeat on the prescription, when i said there was i was again informed there would be no repeat and i would need to go back to my doctor and pay another fee to have the prescription repeated.nnI would suggest using another pharmacy as I certainly will not be going back once i have endured their diabolical services for the current prescriptions.

Too big, shelves to busy and hard to find things. If your lucky enough to find a staff member on the floor they just point you in the direction. Also some sale prices are not clear in multiple purchases for discount
