This business is continuously understaffed. The pharmacy needs to be removed and replaced with a Musashi bar stand; it would be of more use.

I'm a regular but the customer service at this store is declining. Made me wait for about 15 mins, only to tell me that item is not in stock. It had to be manually checked rather than in the system. It was disappointing as they are running a promotion at the store and doesn't have stock. Happened to me on 2 instances!

Pharmacists are awful and far more interested in ticking their boxes / audit requirements than patient care. Far more compassionate pharmacies available worth shopping around.

Pharmacy female staff member arrogant, self-important, doesn’t listen. I went to drop off SOMEONE ELSES surplus meds. She then asks me why that person hasn’t taken certain meds in the blister pack & proceeds to lecture me why they should be taken and was I aware he’s just been dispensed more of those meds. When I said they aren’t for me and someone else taking their meds isn’t my issue she did her “please wait let me complete my sentence”. So caught up trying to look intelligent and be bossy. Then she asked me did I want to put my partner on the waitlist for meds. So she’s asking me to make decisions about another patients medicine? Inappropriate, condescending, unprofessional.

This is my regular pharmacy. They are great helpful and excellent service. Massive range of products at good prices.
