Rude and unfriendly staff. Guy at the counter- Christian does not welcome customers and says Next. No smile or politeness in tone of voice. When asked for paper bag after the transaction rudely said we charge for paper bags. He should be asking customers prior to completing the transactions if a bag is wanted or not. This store really needs to lift their game in customer experience. I hope the manager sees this and improves this place. Terrible

One of the best branches of the Chemist Warehouse. One suggestion, please keep the perfume cabinets open so we can test them. Everytime you need a tester, you have to call the sales people and sometimes they either not on hand or if you carry on testing more, they seem to get frustrated...you can always tell by their facial expressions.

I wanted to leave a negative review to show my frustration, but after seeing they already have so many bad reviews, it’s clear they don’t care. My claim was unfairly declined based solely on the manager’s assumption, even though the item was never used—only opened. Very disappointed with their dismissive approach to genuine customer concerns.nnI expected better customer service and a fair approach to returns and exchanges.

Regular customer, my go to chemist warehouse. But the only down fall is the customer service from “Emily Ruo***” really needs better training. She always seems to slam your bag of products on the counter or doesn’t great you. Today she once again slammed my bag of products and doesn’t interact with me because she was eavesdropping at the customer next to me. That’s my only bone to pick a simply great & scan items and give bag of products nicely would be great.

I’ve visited several Chemist Warehouse stores, but this one was the worst experience so far. The staff were busy chatting among themselves, and it felt awkward trying to approach them, like I was interrupting their conversation. It didn’t seem like customer service was a priority. I also noticed a male staff member with a bunch of hickeys on his neck, which looked unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace setting.
