Chemist Warehouse Ronwood Centre

I use to be a regular customer at thus particular store, then stopped this year I'm 2025 due to the lack of customer service from the staff at counters. I felt like I had to greet the staff first!! It was so bad I left my items back and didn't want to buy them. Saw a staff member prior to me leaving with no items due to the cold reception I had received; shared with them - is it that hard to say morning or hello to your paying customers?? Gross. I was there a few weeks back when they also had a fire evacuation ..when it happened people were asked to head out to. After this customers were not told to come back in, yet staff slowly went in without telling us customers who were waiting to be told or from management to enter. I raised my voice can we come in now? We are not mind readers If you walk in and leave customers outside waiting just shows they do not care and think you will always have customers #YeahRight!! Do better!!

First time visited this we had a bad experience with chemist warehouse only this one though, Staff is incompetent found a similar product for price beating but the staff couldn’t work out 10% difference. I went to different store to buy the same product. The way he calculated is still more than what Pak n save was selling for across the road. Never visiting again.

My partner and I visited this store to buy a specific perfume as a gift for my partner’s family. While I usually shop at duty-free, my partner prefers this store. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was no staff available in the perfume section, so I asked an employee 20s, female, black longhair with ponytail, Asian look / you can tell who im talking about when you go to this store coz she is not smiling and not happy who was stocking shelves for help. Her response was simply, ‘ask counter,’ without any friendliness or a smile. When I approached the counter, the staff there were also unsmiling and unhelpful. This kind of service was disheartening but, after checking the reviews, not entirely unexpected. It’s embarrassing, especially considering that this company once had former New Zealand rugby player Dan Carter featured in their commercials. I hope the store takes these comments seriously and improves their customer service.

Plenty of parking early in day here. Great range, helpful staffnEasy to get to off motorway and back on again.

The service here is horrendous. Ive worked in retail for 10 years and if I had this one employee there i would've got rid of her asap. She is an asian girl who has literally no facial expressions. But can talk away with her colleagues. I was the first person in store 11th January. As i entered, absolutely no greeting even though there were 2 people standing chatting away. I walked to find the size nappies i needed, couldnt find so i approached that girl, she looked at me said nothing and looked away then walked away while the other colleague ended up helping me. I asked her how do we make a complaint about her, she replied “shes always like this”
