Came into the city for dinner and a show. The room was comfortable, clean, and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into it. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Always love the views from this hotel - it makes any time spent in the room all that more enjoyable. The hotel is really close to a lot of very good restaurants too.

We arrived early and were able to access our room well in advance of the check in time. This was greatly appreciated as we had a big day ahead of us and it was nice to have a rest before heading out. Food and drinks at the Atrium lounge after the theatre were very nice. Only issue I have is the loudness of the elevator lift bells which I could hear even from inside my room during the day. In the evening they turn the sound down. It would be great if the sound could be turned down more in the day as well.

Stay was pleasant enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Only real issue was that the hair dryer was not working. We did for drinks and a quick bit in the Atrium. Food was very nice, but it did take a while to arrive, especially when we stated before sitting down that we were short on time.

Could not fault a thing.  Such incredible professional, smiling, service.  The staff must be being looked after,  they were amazing.   The room service meals were delicious and everything was super hot. I've never had room service chips at the top sizzling temperature.  It's always lukewarm due to transfer time.nThe room was beautiful and provided everything I needed with more than enough towels.  I would move in if I could.  Thank you Sofitel Melbourne
