What an amazing Hotel ! An incredible experience from start to finish! The gentleman at Valet was super bubbly and welcoming. The lovely lady at the front desk was also extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beds were BRILLIANT! Plenty of toiletries available. The hotel was gracious enough to leave us a Mini birthday cake to celebrate our birthday weekend ! All amenities worked well, great aircon, water pressure was fantastic, minibar, snacks, coffee machine, hair dryer, toiletries, slippers, robe, safe... all the usual things you would hope for and more, were there !!nThe gym and pool facilities were good ! The buffet breakfast in the morning was magnificent too. Wonderful customer service and a wide variety of foods available, all that we tried were very delicious!nThe hotel has a central location! Can't wait to stay here again in the future ! :
This hotel has more of a luxurious vibe. Nice Spa but it is just a bit antiquated. Room Service and Dinner was extremely slow . Check in was only possible after 3pm. The changing room to freshen up was the Spa locker room without someone showing me the path. Little bit off.nBreakfast was out of this world.nnThe breakfast was nice though and great location. Enjoyed the gym.
My recent stay at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring everything was up to the highest standard. The concierge team were welcoming and went out of their way to assist, embodying the true essence of hospitality that many hotels seem to have lost.nnThe check-in process was seamless, and my room was simply stunning—spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and plenty of room to work if needed. The on-site facilities were outstanding. The pool was large enough for laps, and the spa, sauna, steam rooms, and well-equipped gym were fantastic. The ballroom was grand and elegant, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with a great variety of delicious options.nnThe only drawback was the breakfast and dining area. Many seating areas were only accessible by stairs, and there were limited tables available for those who couldn’t manage stairs. As someone with an injury, I found it disappointing that staff didn’t prioritise seating for guests with mobility challenges.nnOverall, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in to date. Despite the minor accessibility issue, the Park Hyatt excels in delivering world-class hospitality and comfort. I would highly recommend it.
The Park Hyatt has a grandeur that no other hotel in Melbourne has. Whilst it isn't stylistically modern, it blends an old world charm with modern decor that makes it feel first class. The health club and spa is opulent and luxurious, the counter staff at front desk are welcoming and smiling, and the breakfast buffet is as good as any 5 star. Some little touches that I noticed were the inclusion of mouthwash in the room, honeycomb at the buffet, and a discreet restroom door in the lobby that was almost invisible. This hotel just gets it right, and we will back!

Additionally, its location is a highlight, perfectly situated in a peaceful area opposite the Parliament, yet still close to the city's attractions. From its elegant ambiance to its impeccable service, this hotel is truly top-notch. Highly recommended!
