City Limits Hotel is AAA Tourism certified 3.5 star plus Environmentally Friendly Green Star rating property right in Melbourne China Town with 32 studio apartments (24 apartments with double glaze windows) located in the central business district of Melbourne providing accommodation to corporate and leisure clients. Hundred of international restaurants can be found by walking distance.

All of our rooms are equipped with an air conditioner/heater, direct dial telephones, data port for high speed broadband Internet access Wireless (Wi-Fi enabled) or Cable $11 P/D, remote control colour LCD TV with complimentary FOXTEL satellite channels including movies, sport and news, work desk, iron and board, kitchenette comprising hot plates, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery and glass ware. Our ensuite bathrooms all contain a shower, bath, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer. Our rooms are serviced daily to our high standard and windows can be opened for fresh air. Clean and friendly is our main service.

Location, fantastic City Centre Location right in China Town near MCG, Parliament train station and all Major Theatre (Princess Theatre, Regent Theatre, The Academy Theatre and Her Majesty's Theatre are all near by, free trams and buses can take you to Docklands, Ethihad Stadium, DFO, South bank. Airport bus is also on your door steps.
There is also walking distance to St. Vincent Hospital, Eye and Ear Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital not too far away.

It's a beautiful hotel in Chinatown. We booked a room for two people and stayed for one night. The rooms are quite spacious and have a small kitchen with dining table. Also, the bathroom is big enough and has everything you need. Neither the view nor the decoration is outstanding though.

I have just spent 3 days at City Limits. It was lovely! So central to everything, and an amazing view of city lights of a night time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a handy kitchen. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! Kendal

Great location. Excellent service and check in. Rooms clean and good size. Can not complain about anything.

Not a bad hotel! It was noisy in the mornings because of construction on the streets! It started st 5:30 in the morning! Also hzd garbage pichup every morning at 6:00 pm! Continental breakfast was adequate and it had a small fridge and a hot plate that worked great! Microwave too. We were able to make our own meals a few nights because the restaurants around here are very numerous but very expensive! Every second shop hrre is a good joint! Mainly catering to all the students and office workers during the day! Most of them close by 6:00 PM!

stingy hotel, free wifi is only 1gb and they give you out small papers that you need to use to sign in per device, bottled water is not free, checkout is at 10am.. i mean small details make up the whole experience, why not be a little more accommodating so that your guests feel nice
