Strange to say, but this property is both in the middle of things but also secluded. Great access to parks, restaurants and shopping. It's an odd layout as once you check in you actually bypass most of the facilities so it feels like you have to go out of your way to see all the hotel has to offer.

I am reviewing for the Spa at Sheraton Melbourne. I was given a 90 minute spa treatment as a birthday gift and I truly enjoyed my experience. The treatment included a 2 course lunch with wine at the restaurant which was quite good as well. The staff at the restaurant were lovely. Alison had an eye for detail and made sure I was taken care of even if I was dining alone. Joanna was a lovely receptionist who welcomed me as I arrived for my treatment. My therapist was Koi and she was amazing at what she did. The massage was very relaxing. The facial treatment was excellent. I can really feel the difference in my skin even after a week of the facial. The nice thing about the whole experience was that nobody tried to sell Me anything after my treatment. Koi offered real advice on upkeep with my skincare program. Staff like that makes you want to come back because they truly care for your skin and well being. The treatments are also fairly priced and I would definitely come back in a few weeks time when I have the luxury of time. Thank you Sheraton.

Wonderful staff, excellent room, very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Not to mention a special Happy Birthday surprise waiting for us when we returned to the room! Can highly recommend!

Each employee I have encountered has been a professional. I'd like to mention the concierge, Benjamin M., who has gone out of his way to make my trip to Melbourne better. The facility is nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the attached coffee shop is top notch. There are many, many excellent restaurants and high-end bars within walking distance. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The service was exceptional. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a feeling of elegance. Check out time was 11am which worked very well for us and although we missed breakfast the staff were helpful in making sure we found somewhere to eat nearby.
