Mantra 100 Exhibition

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Stayed for work and will happily stay back with family. Location is everything, with the tram stop 25 meter from the door it’s easy to go where you need to. Best night sleep in a long time while in Melbourne for work. Wi-Fi was prob a bit slow and hence loose 1 star. But everything else from reception service to value for money was there.

Well maintained, nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. Very suitable for the self contained traveler. Kitchen and everything inside the room, but don't go expecting full hotel facilities like gym, pool, restaurant, etc, as this is more of a serviced apartment setup. Good value for money

Really nice place. Rooms are large and well-lit. In a nice part of the CBD where bars and food joints are close by.

When we got to the hotel at check in time, our room was still not ready and we had to wait another hour before going up to our room. Then when we found our window and sofa bed was broken and tv service wasn’t working. Luckily the concierge was able to get us another room within an hour. But the hot water and water strength of our shower was not great so I had to go to the hairdressers around Melbourne to give my hair a thorough wash. Wi fi was very limited as you can only have a few phones and tablets connected, especially if are with your family. Pretty much close to places for sight seeing and restaurants. Close walk to the city centre for shopping. Facilities aren’t great but the staff were excellent and accommodating so the stay was good.

Dissapointing experience. Stuffed out the back overlooking an alleyway, contrary to the booking site. Fridge not working, soft bed and uncomfortable furniture. Staff friendly and good location was the upside.
