The room is spacious but that’s were the positives end.nAfter a long day I jumped in the shower, as soon as I turned the water on, the shower head fell off! I was not impressed and not in a position to have someone come to my room at 10pm to fix it.nThere is lots of street noise and trains heard through out the night.nStay here for the location but don’t stay here for a relaxing getaway!

Very spacious hotel apartments with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Beautiful views of the river and botanical gardens. Near central RR station. Great value. Grocery store next door. The railroad operation is a little noisy but not abtrusive.

We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders last August and were genuinely impressed by the size of the apartment—it felt more like a full suite than a typical hotel room. Plenty of space to spread out, which was a welcome surprise.nnHowever, the nights were a bit chilly. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t quite figure out the heater settings, and ended up layering up just to stay warm indoors. A quick guide or clearer instructions on the climate controls would’ve made a big difference.nnAlso, they only cleaned after a few days. If you had any concerns you would need to go to the front desk. Most of the staff were helpful.nnOn the upside, the washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver—fully functional and perfect for a longer stay. And the location is unbeatable: walking distance to Hosier Lane, Degraves Street, and the CBD’s best cafes and galleries.

customer service is very poor. they dont respond to calls and if they answered they put calls on hold. staff is very unprofessional. be mindful of selecting a room with us. highly not recommended to anyone

An excellent place to stay for a business trip. Apartments are large and spacious.  Bathroom functional but not too modern. Excellent staff. Clean and good internet.  Great bed.
