QT Melbourne

Stayed here night of our wedding, highly recommend. Check in was a breeze, awesome reception staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was spacious. Room service was elite cheeseburger toastie and a side of fries, must try. Had breakfast the next day, there's better coffee out there but the food was A+. Whole hotel has a very nice vibe to it. Would definitely come back.

We stayed here overnight for a birthday weekend and it did not disappoint. The rooms were really nice. Super clean and really nice decor. The bed was so comfy and I really loved the mini bar. The complimentary gin cocktails to wish my partner a happy birthday was such a cute touch. The restaurants as well as in house bars and upstairs rooftop bar was awesome. Loved the hotel’s vibe in general and service was so good! Had a great Melbourne buzz! Will come back for sure!

I had a really comfortable 3 night stay here. I especially loved the creative design of the property! So many pops of colours and interesting pieces of furniture. The staff were super friendly, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. The location is smack bang in the CBD and couldn't really be any more central. Thank you QT Melbourne for an awesome stay!

Fantastic experience. Initially booked they travel agent. Requested extra night. No problem kept us in the same room When our plane was cancelled. We needed another nights accommodation. They were able to give us the same room again. Polite staff. Rooms were made up to a high standard. Comfy and very pleasant to stay in.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed for 3 nights and thought the hotel was quirky and upbeat. Staff were lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Not sure why we were only provided with a single wine glass on day 2 and 3, but we managed as my partner drank his wine from a scotch glass instead. We did raise this with reception and asked for 2 glasses but she obviously forgot. The body cream/lotion was also missing on day one but appeared day on day 2 and 3. The hotel also need to provide better knives for breakfast as we were sawing through toast with butter knives both mornings. Music was also too loud for my liking during breakfast, other than that, we had a lovely stay and have recommended this hotel to our friends.

My husband and I stayed here the weekend just gone for our 4th wedding anniversary and had an INCREDIBLE time. QT is in the best location, it is funky, quirky, upbeat, modern and smells incredible. DID I MENTION THE GEL TOPPED BED? We had the best sleep of our lives the bed coupled with no kids for three nights. We can't wait to stay again for our next wedding anniversary!! Thank you SO much!!!!

We just stayed for 2 nights with my partner. Upon arrival, staff were super casual, a little too casual, we weren’t even sure they were staff until they walked behind the counter. Check in was smooth. After a very long drive to Melbourne, all we wanted was to drink water. We assumed it was free complimentary water, like ALL the other 5 star hotels provide, but no, each bottle was $5. The toilet in our room wasn’t 100% clean, the bed sheets were like sandpaper and I woke up with back pain. The noise from the pub we overlooked was unpleasant. We came back just after 9pm both nights and the counter was always completely unattended. Overall, not the service or experience you would expect from a 5 star hotel and not worth the price. Next time, it’s classic old Sheraton for me.

Had dinner at Hot Sauce a while ago and met Michael the food and beverage manager. He took us up to the rooftop for where we had great cocktails. What a fantastic view combined with great service. We have brought many friends to the rooftop bar and they have all loved it and keep coming back. One of our favorite places in Melbourne for drinks , views and great atmosphere.

Back again to the rooftop bar after a few years and it was a great vibe on Sunday afternoon. Oscar is awesome bartender!! Patient, skilled, friendly and fast! He made our group experience go from good to amazing Service: 5/5

Enjoyed the stay, cocktails were delicious and the rooms at a very high standard. Had a few issues with the bill on exit but all got sorted quickly and the staff were always friendly and there to help. I look forward to next time.Rooms: 5/5
