Worst experience ever! Arrived afterhour, around 12am, a homeless person was sleeping under the key box!!! We tried several times with the passcode that was given to us via email, only to find out that it is incorrect!!! It is suppose to be my phone number, however the reception decided the digits need to be swapped?!?! The error beepin sound was pretty loud, which pissed off the homeless person... she yelled at us for being so "stupid", can't even get in ?! We tried to reach the reception with the after hour phone number given on the invoice - no answer. So we had no choice, called the police for help. This long chaos caused us to stood in the dark and cold for 2 hours ... Management team said they will contact me to apologise and work out a solution, which they never did. Worst worst experience ever, Stay away from this hole unless you are after some standing in the cold!!!!

That place was the worst place I've ever stayed. The apartment was very small, duty and disgusting. Compositely different from the pictures they advertise.
