Had a lovely stay at the Ibis on Swanston. Centrally located, near trains and trams. Easily accessible by car, car parking available (with a fee) Room was quite small but it was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable. No fridge in the room put a slight dampener on our plans but being so close to Melbourne central we had no problems wandering down to grab supplies. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Good location.. amazing employees... but sad part is that the rooms are tiny as hell. The bathrooms are smaller too. Service by the staff was excellent. Friendly,safe and a quiet locale.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating with my requests. The rooms were “cosy” in size but big enough to be comfortable and had a great bathroom. Hotel and room was very clean. Great value.

Reception staff were fantastic and very friendly. Greeted us with a smile and cheerful banter every time we came in. Great location, 5min walk to the free tram zone. Small rooms but clean and functional. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Friendly service and nice rooms but don't get your breakfast at the in house coffee bar the croissant was the most overpriced 2 days old one I ever had. Bit of a bummer.
