Lest than impressed!! Paid $760 for two rooms only to have them spread out all over the place. One of the rooms was moldy and there were cracks through out the lounge room and bed rooms. The rooms are really out dated and not worth the money you spend on them. We had to leave a $300 deposit on each room which took longer than 7 days to return to our accounts. Asked and paid for late check out till 12pm and was woken up at 10am with a phone call and told we needed to get out of the rooms and that it would be an extra $45 for each hour we stayed later. The two bedroom appartment offered only one parking space in which the other guest was forced to pay $30 extra in parking... so all up not worth the money you spend, would never stay again and would not recommend in the slightest!!

Amazing location on lygon street and having a kitchen was very convenient. Sheets and bathrooms were clean however the carpet and kitchen seemed to be over a decade old and they and the wallpaper are really due for an update, the carpet looked particularly scuzzy.

They took the $300 bond . the room was left nice and clean. Never got the $300 back into my account . Been three weeks now . still waiting

This is a tourist trap, avoid this so called ' service apartment' by all means! The Property is in extremely poor condition and have not been renovated since it was built . I am not sure how many people passed away in these old apartments but management could at lease change the outdated, and bad ordered carpets! Bathroom is an awful condition, leaking taps and bugs everywhere, sheets and pillows were clean but the room had strange smell like pee smells. This building is run and managed by a middle age man, textremely rude and aggressive toward guests. He had no respect toward the guest whatsoever. He was not professionall and still living in an old era which accommodation provides could do anything to the guests without being caught and apparently he is not aware of the consumer rights,he is under impression that he can yell and shout at guests whenever a reasonable request like cancelling a booking arises. I felt like he was the gaurdian of prison during my stay there ! he also illigally withholds bond money from the guests. Overall I do not recommend this place to anyone.
