Good city apartment. Stayed in a 2 bedroom which is equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher (the latter wasn't working in the unit I stayed in), crockery and cutlery. Balcony was small but served to open windows and sit in lounge. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean but slightly dated. Behind the washer was fluff from previous guest's dryer use. I would stay again.

Staff behind counter were rude and unwelcoming. Did not want to deal with any customers before check in time of 2pm - even though early check in was requested. Unhelpful when it came to questions regarding public transport and didnt offer assistance in any way. Room was clean, although air conditioning didn't even hit the surface for a 36 degree day and extremely noisy. Late check out refused unless $25 was paid per hour. Will not be staying here nor recommending this to anyone.

I was a little disappointed on a recent stay with 5 friends for a special occasion. On arrival, and having to ask, I found out the two rooms I booked weren't on the same floor and that checkout was at 10am. The reception guy gave us the wrong code for the secure parking which was annoying and then we were told it would cost $50! For a Saturday night, that was outrageous. One room didn't have air conditioning and all that was offered was a fan on a pedestal. The room that did have air con was very noisy. The other room needed maintenance- the balcony doors didn't shut properly and rattled until we wedged paper napkins in the gaps. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great location for Melbourne Flower Show. A 5 minute walk to venue.

Ordinary rooms and facilities nice central location though.. under renovation revamp quite expensive for the fact its old and run down..
