We booked a room with garden view and it's so relax. Room is large and clean. I really like that there's a pillow menu to select suitable one. Location is great and close to transportation. Flagstaff Station is in 2 minutes walk, and to Central of free tram zone in 10 minutes walk. There's a fitness and pool jacuzzi spa on the top floor.

Convenient central location, and great view of the Flagstaff Gardens Park opposite.  The customer service was exceptional, in particular Skye and her team in the restaurant, where nothing was too much trouble.  The food was delicious, and very well priced.  We had the burger, and fish curry, both recommended.  The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean.  Also worthy of note is the indoor rooftop gym, sauna, and spa pool with city views.  All in all a great experience!

I have stayed at the Radison many a time before and have never had an issue. I stayed again recently and sadly did not have the same experience.nnUpon check in was told we had a free room upgrade. Great start. I confirmed with the person checking us in if the room had two single beds, which she also confirmed. Perfect. Head up to the room excited and ready to go to bed as we had had a long day and were feeling pretty tired. Upon entering the room the first thing we see is one king bed and not the two singles that we had been told the room had. Given the hour and that we were pretty tired, we made do and separated the beds ourselves.nnAs we are looking around the room we notice that it was in quite a state. The door to the fridge did not shut properly, there were sections on the walls where the paint was peeling off and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The big issue though, due to safety reasons, was that the smoke alarm had been removed and the chord for it was hanging from the ceiling.nnIt was such a let down as I had always found the hotel to be nice, clean and providing a luxury standard for a reasonable price.

Additionally, Peter from the restaurant was incredible, expertly managing the restaurant/bar on a busy night while making every patron feel prioritised. Their dedication and warmth truly enhanced my stay.nnThe hotel's location is great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!
