Extremely comfortable hotel at very reasonable rates considering how close to the city it is. Flagstaff Gardens is right across the road, trams are right out the front and it's within the free tram zone so unless you are travelling to the 'burbs it's free travel on the trams! The studio apartment we stayed in had a full sized fridge, 2 burner stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as a full set of cooking utensils in great condition. One important point (or at least to me) was the very comfortable beds and the wonderful pillows, something that in most hotels are either rock hard or totally useless. Parking in a secure Carpark is also available at a price. I enjoyed my stay here with my husband and would definitely return in the future.

Nice and convenient, was given a room facing away from park towards offices. Asked if we could pay for an upgrade, got a lovely view of the park from 18th floor. You can see the sea between two office blocks. Dishwasher was great, also as we had been travelling for two months the laundry room was great, 3 dollars a wash and same for dryer. A nice gym is on the same floor as the laundry. Almost centre of district free zone for tram and five minute walk from market that has a night market with food, drink and music on a Wednesday.

Nicely located hotel in Melbourne. Room was a pretty good size. Also had a fridge and a range that I did not use, but that's there if you want it. Located just across from the train station, so it's super convenient. Very clean hotel and staff was nice.

We stayed here while visiting Melbourne for a few days in January. Our room had a fridge, stove, and microwave. It even had pots, pans, dishes, and utensils so we were able to cook. Best of all there was a washer and dryer in the closet so we could do our laundry at our convenience free of charge. The bed was comfortable. Shower was great. No complaints here!

Great location, comfy bed, good views and nice large shower head. Nice helpful & friendly staff. But exhaust fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom so with toilet being in there too could be a bit smelly. Also I found the handles on the kitchen cupboards had very sharp corners that stabbed you when you lent on them.
