Clean, modern hotel with large rooms. Small kitchen is useful if you want to prepare a bit of food. Great location near the downtown trams and other amenities. Main negatives... Bathroom is incredibly awkward with a bad layout, shower that doesn't keep water in and an absolutely worthless sink and that's too small to even wash your hands. Downstairs is a food court with some good choices, but the breakfast restaurant is a mediocre buffet for $20.

Great location as it is close to the south bank, the crown casino, Flinders Street and not too far from Federation square. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The room we were in (606) was very spacious, with a comfortable bed. Price vs. quality was a match. The only reason I would only give it a three stars is for the poorly appointed bathroom. No counter space (no counter at all), short shower curtain meant water all over the bathroom floor and no were to hang our towels.

Great location and very economical if you get a good deal comparable to other hotels. Close to most bars and clubs on King Street and a 5-10 minute walk to crown. Rooms are apartment styles with cooking utilities! Was an enjoyable 2 nights.

Room old and needs updating. Apartments have no laundry ( $10.00 a wash in the basement ). No bed side lamps, No desk but was advertised to have them. Would np2t say family friendly unless the kids want to sit in a noisy bar. Or walk through a wall of cigarette smoke to enter the reception. Where staying in room 1214, avoid that room.
