We have stayed here twice, both times in a one bedroom apartment. First time was perfect without a hiccup. Rooms are really nice. The second time we stayed there was a problem with the hot water. When we let them know they were quick to move us to another room. Once we had moved to the new room there was a knock on the door and one of the girls had come up with an ice bucket with some nice wine, a couple of beers and some nuts and chocolates. Very nice touch following a relatively slight inconvenience.

Good apartment but... The apartment itself is well appointed, comfortable bed, good water pressure, little kitchen, washer and dryer, a decent amount of storage and a pool, spa, gym and sauna in a great location. However, the opening hours for the pool etc are not listed in the apartment info or on signs on the floor, so you have to get there to find out if it's open (7am to 10pm for reference), the toilet roll holder is level with the bowl and is right next to it so you have to sit at a funny angle, getting in and out of the bath/shower is tricky as the opening is where the tub is on an angle, but the killer for me is the vile incense in the foyer. It is too strong and absolutely gag inducingly rank. That smell alone will stop me ever staying at an Adina again.

I have been living there for a month and for me it was a very good experience. Big apartment, clean, friendly staff... Little things to improve, like the cleaner always let the bathroom light on (don't know why) :) and other minor things...

A convenient location, great service, nicely appointed rooms and reasonable rates make for an enjoyable stay. My only gripes were the early morning street noise (nights were generally serene) and the finicky shower (ample water pressure when scaldingly hot but not as good when at a more bearable temperature and it takes quite a bit of fiddling to reach that usable temperature).

I really enjoyed these apartments with balcony, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and aircon. I would happily stay there again. 5mins walk to the Convention Center and to the Bars and Restaurants along the Yarra River. There is also tram stops nearby for greater access to the wider Melbourne area. It is worth noting that not all balconies get a view of anything other than other buildings.
