I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the stunning pool area, which provided a perfect place to unwind. The spa services were also a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered.nn**Location**: The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I found myself within walking distance of several attractions, shopping areas, and vibrant dining options. The staff was also incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for local spots and arranging transportation.nn**Service**: Above all, it was the staff that truly made this experience memorable. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had the best possible stay. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pan Pacific Melbourne for the rugby and opted for a club room for our five-night visit, which we always enjoy. The view from our room was fantastic and provided a wonderful way to start each day. The hotel's location was ideal, with the DFO directly across the street, numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a short stroll to the free trams.nnThe staff in the Club Lounge truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful, from assisting with my dry cleaning issue to offering great suggestions for exploring Melbourne. We especially appreciated our interactions with Danny, whose warm hospitality and bar skills made our experience even more enjoyable.nnWhile we had a wonderful stay, I wanted to share a few constructive observations. The cooked breakfast options in the lounge remained the same throughout our five mornings, which was a bit disappointing. A bit more variety could enhance the breakfast experience and maintain that special touch of the lounge.nnAdditionally, when we arrived, we found a dirty cup and saucer in our room. Although housekeeping replaced them, they left the dirty items behind, which was a bit of a surprise. We also noticed that we ran out of tissues, and the toilet paper wasn’t replenished. Having face flannels available for the duration of our stay would have been appreciated, especially for anyone needing to remove makeup in the evening. Finally, the dry cleaning bag wasn’t replaced, which limited our ability to take full advantage of the free dry cleaning offer.nnOverall, we had a great experience, and these points are just suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a lovely stay!
A Great Stay at Pan Pacific - A Breakfast to Remember!nOur stay at Pan Pacific was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views-an ideal place to unwind.nThe real standout, however, was the breakfast buffet-an experience not to be missed. The spread was impressive, with an abundance of choices to satisfy every craving. Think warm, flaky croissants, crisp French baguettes, an elegant selection of charcuterie, and a full English breakfast with all the trimmings. Eggs? Have them any way you like-perfectly poached, fluffy scrambled, or made to order.nAdd to that the vibrant fresh fruit platters, freshly squeezed juices, and for a touch of indulgence, chocolate fountains and Connoisseur ice cream-yes, even at breakfast!nA luxurious and delicious start to the day that’s well worth waking up for.
Easy check in and out process.nRoom big, fresh and clean. We were lucky enough to have a fabulous view of the Yarra river.nComplimentary tea and coffee in room but were charged on check out for the water placed beside the bed which we thought were also Complimentary.nLovely friendly staff with discount parking supplied easy access to local shopping. Restaurants and bars.
Loved my stay! Loved the room, loved every bit of it! Loved the service. The highlight for me is the auto curtain outside the window which can be easily opened and closed, which will keep the room completely dark for sleep ins. Loved the big bathtub as well! I’ve stayed there twice for my holiday, and I also enjoy the walk from the hotel to the city. It’s not too far for me. And it’s right next to DFO, so great for last minute shopping! Definitely recommend!!!
