My partner and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived till the day we left everything was perfect. The lovely lady at the checking, the housekeeping, the lovely staff at the restaurant, maintenance staff, concierge and all other staff that we came across in the elevator were very friendly, cheerful and happy to help. After finding out that it was our anniversary, a bottle of bubbles and chocolate was delivered to our room, which was such a nice touch! It made us feel special nOur room was clean and well appointed and had a cozy feeling. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Although our room was facing the motorway, it was very quiet and we had no issues sleeping. The bathroom was nice, spacious and clean. After reading a few reviews about issues with the cleaning, I was a bit reluctant. I believe the management does take on board all the feedback as the housekeeping did a great job at cleaning our room. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options to choose from. They even had a fruit juicer, which is something I didn't come across before.nWill definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne!! Thank you team @ Pan Pacific
Beautiful hotel with an ambient feel as you walk in the doors and head towards reception...nnRight on the South Wharf with DFO less then 100 meters away, just around the corner. You have a Food Works on the corner which is great for convenience.nnBreakfast was decent with option of takeaway coffee or tea. Great for when you are in a rush and on the go. They have a juicing section, egg station and various choices for breakfast. The wine selection is incredible and they have an amazing display.nnAll and all it was a great stay and I'm glad my workplace book this hotel!nnThank you for having me!
What a superb hotel with stunning views of Melbourne city and waterfront.nWe stayed in this hotel a long time ago when it was a Hilton Brand member. Pan Pacific have taken a very well designed hotel with beautiful views and added in some key qualities missing before them: world class customer service, a truly magnificent Club Lounge and a team of people that are amongst the best hotel teams anywhere.nFood excellent.nService excellent.nFacilities excellent.nRooms excellent ... it goes on.nAnd a Dyson hairdryer!nLarge rooms and bathrooms.nA large, high quality work station in the room.nIf you are in Melbourne for an event in the convention centre then just don't consider staying anywhere else, you'll be so disappointed.nThe photos are all taken from within the room trhough the panoramic window wall.nOne of the best hotels for Business and pleasure.
Amazing as always, from the moment we arrive the staff are warm and welcoming.nRooms are comfortable and spacious value for your money.nThe views are absolutely breathtaking.nThe location is perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment.nMy husband organised a room set up and it was so beautiful to enter the room with flowers on the bed and champagne and chocolates.nThese are the reasons we return to this amazing hotel.
Had an incredible stay at Pan Pacific Melbourne! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with modern, spacious rooms and fantastic views of the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. The location is ideal, right near all the action. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Melbourne, this place is a must-visit!
