From the rooms to the service at reception, all aspects of Imagine Marco fulfilled and succeeded my expectations. Renson at reception made check out super easy and smooth while also allowing me to keep my luggage with them as I have an evening flight. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne as it’s only a 20 minute walk to the CBD and a shorter drive.
Enjoyed our 2-night stay over the Australia Day weekend.nnWe had a noisy air-conditioner in our room on the first night and we were promptly moved to another room without any problem, which was appreciated. The storage space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was generous and would be great for longer stays.nnThe Woolies across the road is super handy, and the room's fridge and kitchenette were spacious and convenient.nnAll staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.
Family convenience with self-contained amenities such as kitchen, washing machine, full-size fridge, dishwasher. Pool & gym was handy, as was woolies across the road for supplies. Good location if you like to get in and out onto the highway/westgate/airport freeway. Close walk to crown casino. Reasonable pricing. Bit of a walk to other parts of the city but ok with good shoes! I liked the larger than usual towels; it's the small things.Overall thought it was good value.
Booked a sky view one bedroom, but bedroom was facing building corner which was different from the website pictures. I personally can’t stay in rooms like this for too long.nReception lady - Shomin, was very nice and helpful, I can’t remember her name clearly, might got it wrong. She was very patient and nice, assisted us getting room changed and so.nReception staff were all very helpful and nice during our week stay.
Our stay at Imagine Marco was truly special 4001w room. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which we deeply appreciated.nnThe room itself had such a beautiful view it made every moment feel calm and memorable. They also offer secure parking for $30 per night just make sure to call ahead, which made everything more convenient and stress-free.nnA small reminder they consistently share is to avoid parking outside Marco, especially at Ace Parking, which we found helpful to know in advance.nnOverall, it was a stay filled with comfort, care, and little thoughtful touches that made a big difference. We’d gladly come back again
