We are having a great stay at Imagine Marco in Melbourne. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a fantastic and very welcome start to our journey in Australia.nnThe apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we need. The location is excellent—close to public transport, the city, and plenty of restaurants and cafés, which makes exploring Melbourne very easy.nnThe staff are friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. So far, this stay has given us a wonderful first impression of Australia, and we are really enjoying our time here.nnWe would happily recommend Imagine Marco to anyone visiting Melbourne.
Had a lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they surprised us with so many treats which was such a nice touch. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again.
On seeing some reviews on trip advisor I was a little nervous about this place. However I was really happy with our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. The lifts for a big establishment were never slow, the location is perfect being straight across the road from Woolworths. Staff friendly & easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and cafes. Apartments were reasonably clean and tidy perhaps only down fall would be a good whip around skirting boards wouldn’t harm. All in all would definitely come back again.
From the rooms to the service at reception, all aspects of Imagine Marco fulfilled and succeeded my expectations. Renson at reception made check out super easy and smooth while also allowing me to keep my luggage with them as I have an evening flight. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne as it’s only a 20 minute walk to the CBD and a shorter drive.
Enjoyed our 2-night stay over the Australia Day weekend.nnWe had a noisy air-conditioner in our room on the first night and we were promptly moved to another room without any problem, which was appreciated. The storage space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom was generous and would be great for longer stays.nnThe Woolies across the road is super handy, and the room's fridge and kitchenette were spacious and convenient.nnAll staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.
