This is our 1st time here. The rooms are very good. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The air con is set to a perfect temperature. The shower is very good. The general furnishings are in good condition. The small fridge is so packed with mini-bar items there is no room for anything we wanted to keep cool. The min-bar prices are excessive. The block out blinds keep the room dark after the sun is up.

The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable.nnThe room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that made it feel truly luxurious. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were everything you’d expect from a high-end hotel — and more.nnOne of the highlights was the pool area — absolutely breathtaking and perfect for both relaxation and family time. The restaurants and in-room dining options were top-tier, offering a range of delicious meals and cocktails.nnEvery detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with care and efficiency. Crown Metropol is not just a place to stay, it’s a full experience. Bad experience at this motel.nThe room is old and dated, and there is no complimentary water provided. I asked for water and a high chair and then was told I could I only use minibar paid water and I should just drink from the tap. I would like to see the hotel staff take water from the toilet tap and give it to your infant. The toilet grout is aged and dark coloured. The swimming pool had a great view but was packed and smaller than expected - I do understand school holidays just started.nnStayed here for a few nights after trying out crown towers as well.nnI am a platinum card member as well - told the staff this when I went to use valet and the valet staff said don’t worry the front desk will sort me out. In the end front desk said I had to pay for valet and it’s my fault if I don’t read the fine print. I didn’t argue while checking out as my infant was crying. Paid the 140 for 2 nights- worse thing was with valet they didn’t charge my car either of the nights when I asked them to and one time had a mix up with the ticket meaning I waited 20min for the valet and it wasn’t there.nLocation was good with the crown stretch and from the outside crown is a nice area with lots of shops.nHowever overall this was a terrible experience that soured the trip.nI will definitely not stay here again.
Awesome hotel. Will definitely be back. The bed was a little soft but that's just me. However the water pressure in the shower? Omfg! My house could learn something from this place! Service was impeccable. Didn't get to use the pool. Can't wait to come back and try it!
Our experience was amazing, such helpful staff and so very professional, on arrival we were immediately upgraded to a loft room this made our night and set the tone for a great experience. The room was impeccable the highlight was the huge bathtub. The room itself, super romantic with dimmed lighting, a great selection at the minibar, a great view. Outstanding service. Extremely clean. Great for a staycation or getaway. The pool is stunning. I would highly recommend!
