Fantastic day/night with my family . Staff went out of there way to make us all feel special. Pool was great, my kids loved it. The kids got room service for dinner. Food was good make them feel like Queens. Breakfast down stairs was amazing. Can't begin to thank everyone at Crown Metropol.

Very nice hotel. It's large and busy, though, so don't expect a quiet, intimate place. Restaurants are good (& plentiful), rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, in-room dining is decent, and staff are very helpful. Only drawback is the crowd levels and the fact that the pool/hot tub area closes at 9 pm.

Stayed in a loft suite with my partner for my 30th birthday. The suite was spectacular; roomy, well appointed, and with a fantastic view of the Melbourne skyline. The hotel itself is well laid out and provides easy access to the city proper. Breakfast at Mr Hive was enjoyable, and the check-in and concierge staff were excellent. Would stay again!

Best hotel in all of Melbourne and in my opinion it’s actually better than towers. The rooms are very modern and the room design is beautiful. In fact the whole building is beautiful and no matter what you will always get a good view. Very close to all the shops aswell and the people around here including staff and guests are very nice. My only problem is that the pool is parked in summer full of irresponsible kids diving into the pool and causing a racket in the hot pool. Also there’s always a couple or will always make out in pool and I honestly have no problem with that except when they overdo it.

We love staying at Crown Metropol Melbourne. We chose a package that included valet parking, a bottle of sparkling wine, buffet breakfast and 12:00 checkout. The package made the whole stay like a mini holiday. The staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here if your in Melbourne.
