Check in at 3pm which is quite late and if you arrive 3:30 good luck photo was from a Sunday, was over 30 min wait.nnPool is packed full of kids and adults to be fair and the hot tub spa only fits around 4-6 people. Adults only hours 8-10pm which is good but pool closes 10 so you pretty much need to skip dinner. Steam room only, no sauna, fits maybe 8 people.nnGym is nice if you plan to workout.nnRooms are dated, in deep need of a refresh, stains on carpets/couches, walls have been dented etc. drains were semi blocked, tiny toilet and water pressure too low to run shower and spa at the same time.nnRooms were pretty quiet tho so can’t complain and appeared quite clean.nnTv was small however okay channels and also was able to chromecast from phone.nnWas given low floor room despite putting high floor request on booking.nnBathtub is both short and narrow, if you’re over 1.8m, it’s tight. No slippers on arrival, had to call and ask.nnBell staff don’t direct valet traffic or open doors and get your bags, not sure what they are doing.nnI would not recommend the breakfast at conservatory, again very basic and kinda pricey

But today’s check-in with Joy at the Crown Towers front desk was truly outstanding.nnFrom the moment I approached the counter, Joy was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She was friendly, approachable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely elevates the entire experience, but Joy did exactly that.nnAfter two decades of visiting Crown, it’s staff like Joy who remind me why I keep coming back. She’s an absolute gem and a credit to the Crown team.

The lobby alone feels grand and inviting, and the check-in process is always smooth and professional. The staff are polite, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay memorable.nnThe rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with modern interiors. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the city or river views from the windows are absolutely stunning — especially at night! The bathrooms are luxurious, with marble finishes, high-quality toiletries, and a relaxing bathtub that makes you feel right at home.nnThe facilities at Crown Towers are top-notch — from the beautiful indoor pool and the relaxing Crown Spa to the fine dining restaurants that serve exceptional food. The hotel’s location is also perfect, right in the heart of Melbourne, close to shopping, entertainment, and the Yarra River.nnEvery time I stay here, the service is consistent and the experience is nothing short of amazing. Crown Towers Melbourne truly deserves its five-star reputation — it’s the perfect mix of sophistication, comfort, and world-class service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Melbourne!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Every part of my stay was enjoyable. The check-in was smooth, and my room was clean, elegant, and well-equipped. The staff were attentive and always smiling. The food was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast had many healthy options. The pool and gym were both well maintained. I also loved how convenient the location was for getting around. Everything felt perfect — a real five-star experience!
Older property but still a good one.nnRooms are large with a walk in wardrobe / ironing area.nnBeds are comfortable and furniture also great unlike some other older 5* places which let the furniture gonnNice views and close to many great restaurantsnnGood mini bar/snack selectionnnWill also say the room service food is restuarant quality and I thought reasonably priced for what you getnnRecommended
