We recently booked a villa at Crown Towers to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish.nnHaving known Eunice for over 7–8 years, I reached out to let her know about the special occasion. She went above and beyond—personally calling me, reviewing the booking, and offering us a better rate than what I had originally secured. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a great first impression even before our stay began.nnOn the day of check-in, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches arranged by Eunice—a teddy bear for my daughter, a beautiful birthday cake, French champagne for my wife, and a personalized note. These small gestures made the celebration feel even more special.nnThe overall stay was fantastic. The Crystal Club experience stood out, with a smooth and quick check-in, delightful afternoon tea, excellent evening drinks, and a truly impressive breakfast spread. The service throughout was impeccable.nnA special mention to Sham at the Crystal Club, who was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for.nnIt was also lovely to catch up with Eunice in person; she spent time with us during dinner, which added a very personal touch to the whole experience.nnThank you to Eunice and the entire Crown Towers team for making our stay so memorable. It’s wonderful to have her back at Crown Towers, and we look forward to returning again soon.

I am truly amazed by my experience at one of Crowns Villas. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how absolutely beautiful the villa is—every detail was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The atmosphere was luxurious yet warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.nnWhat truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every request was handled seamlessly, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.nnI couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at one of Crowns Villas, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and outstanding service. This was a stay I will never forget.

Great place for a family staycation, especially during the colder months, where the kids enjoyed the room, the pool, and having all the attractions inside the complex without leaving like mini golf and the movies. The buffet breakfast at Mr Hive has had an improvement with the chocolate fountain. Overall the perfect place for a family with small kids

I had a great stay at Crown Towers Melbourne. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and made the check-in process easy. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and well maintained. I really enjoyed my time here and would be happy to stay again in the future.

I don't know what others expect but we paid $615 each for 3 twin deluxe rooms and for that price we expected more from Crown Towers. The positive is the rooms we a nice size and the 2 double beds in each room very comfy but there were little things that were just not right.  For example only one bedside lamp between 2 beds which meant one person could not sleep while the other read.  The big disappointment was the spa/pool.  The steam room is small, the pool is big but not enough loungers, and the so called spa was just a bubbly area in the pool.
