As always - a fantastic experience at a Hilton anywhere in the world. You always know that you are going to get great service, good food, a comfy bed and be made to feel part of the Hilton family. Not a great view out of my window, but then it was Flinders Street backing outwards, so not unexpected. Thank you Hilton team!

The hotel location is great! At check in we requested a quiet room and the person who checked us in gave us a room facing Flinders street station, the room was very noisy and we didn't complain as we had 2 nights and we didn't want to move room after checking in at 11pm at night. Looked like the guy who checked us in it was too much effort to give us another room. Our room wasn't cleaned after the first night and housekeeping left a card at the door. We didn't complain to the hotel. But we did expect better service from a hotel especially when it is a Hilton hotel branding. Bathroom are bit small but a nice size room and close to shops and restaurants. Haven't made up our minds if we would stay there again. We were expecting better service from this hotel especially we are Hilton Honour members.

The WORST hotel I have lived! I lived in it on Feb 20th 2018. I booked it due to Hilton brand of high quality, while I was shocked by its low quality of the room. 1. The bed room is very small. It has about 20 m2 totally including bath room. 2. The bed is too narrow to sleep well. Its width is no more than 1 meter. Never sleep such an arrow bed. 3. No one window at all, whatever in bedroom or bathroom! It is absolutely a small dark room like a jail or tomb. Ridiculously, the hotel may think window is necessary, so it draws a window on the wall!!! Can I draw a bill to pay for it? 4. Other problems, like no wardrobe, bad toilet cover, cheap wash gargle... You will never connect them with Hilton brand. Or this is true Hilton? Complained to hotel reception, while nothing can be improved. What a bad customer experience!

Visited over Christmas Day. Staff could not have been more welcoming. Everyone went the extra mile to make our stay as good as possible. Breakfast good but not much variation day to day. Good location for restaurants and cricket (our primary reason for visiting). Gym well equipped.

What a great stay. Such clean facilities and quite modern. The view towards Flinders St station looked quite spectacular at night. So easy to get around Melbourne from this hotel. Will definitely stay here again
