It was a nice hotel. Our room had a beautiful river view, and the scenery was amazing.nThe hotel is a bit old but very clean and well maintained.nOverall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The room service was fast and efficient.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with stunning views over the city.nnThe facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options.nnEverything about our experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. We left feeling truly pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Melbourne!

The staff was fantastic — genuinely welcoming and attentive. The lounge food was delicious, with wonderful views to match. The location made it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions, and the gym was excellent. Everything felt smooth and well cared for. Would happily stay again.

Loved everything about this experience! The hotel is lovely, staff is so friendly and helpful and every detail is thought of. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in the world. Room service was delicious and super quick. The hotel also offers complimentary access to a fully equipped gym next to it.

Had a wonderful time. Service by a staff member named Ruben was exceptional. He overheard us as we heard others at another location singing happy birthday. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and we commented. He then surprised me with a happy birthday plate. Ordered drinks were timely and atmosphere comfortable. Rooms lovely. Only issue we saw was carpet worn and needing attention in lounge area of room. View fantastic of river.
