Beautiful room with amazing and luxurious complimentary items. High end toiletries and linens. The bed was so comfortable and the room very quiet. The curtains kept the room dark during the day so we could sleep in. Shower was lovely. Service second to none. We loved our 2 night stay from check in to check out. We can't fault a single thing.
We recently spent two nights in a suite at The Grand Hyatt Melbourne, and it was an exceptional experience. The suite was luxurious and well-appointed, providing us with a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our mornings was breakfast at Collins Kitchen, where the variety and quality of the offerings were outstanding.nnWe also had access to the lounge, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. The service was impeccable, and the amenities in the lounge added a touch of convenience and luxury to our visit.nnOverall, The Grand Hyatt Melbourne exceeded our expectations with its top-notch service, elegant accommodations, and excellent dining options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a sophisticated and comfortable stay in Melbourne.
Was happy with our stay until housekeeping decided to throw out some memories I had collected from the Coldplay concert in Melbourne wrist bands confetti that were suppose to be brought home and remembered for a lifetime and all the staff had to say was they were contacting housekeeping but nothing ever came out of it. Sorry isn’t good enough for loosing cherished items nothing was said to us at check out and the staff just couldn’t do anything about it and we were told nothing was taken from our room. So I’m not happy that a staff member took my stuff off the desk and threw it in the bin and we couldn’t even get a proper answer so I am really not happy at all. I’m sorry but I will not be returning as this cannot be forgottennnRooms need a little bit of an update as they are very outdated

He made us feel so welcome.nI am a big believer in first impressions having an effect on your experience and he certainly made it a great one!nThe customer service from all staff was exceptional.nThe room was grand and beautiful and the views were amazing.nBreakfast was amazing. So much to choose from.nThankyou for making our night one to remember.
Very easy to get to using airport bus + free tram. Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious room. Bathroom contained lovely deep bath to relax in. A few unexpected little extras includingnfree pod coffee in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect place to stay while attending a conference in the hotel
