We LOVE staying at the Hyatt. It is always very clean and the furnishings are always kept in excellent condition. The bathroom are superb clean and the rooms have a wonderful perfume in the air. No musty smells or dust. The services is great. Everyone is helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is to die for. They cater for people with allergies and go out of their way to ensure you needs are met. We try and stay there twice a year, just to break our normal routine.
We know that staying at a Hyatt hotel is a guarantee that we won't be disappointed. We were not disappointed and the Hyatt hotels are always our first choice.nnWith check-in and check-out available online as well key access through my mobile device, the process was seamless. The moment we walked into the lobby, we felt a warm welcome by the choice of lighting and the aroma in the air. The staff, from reception to valet were very polite and professional and did their best to cater to all our needs and extra requests.nnOur room was located on the 26th floor with a city view and that view was breathtaking photos provided. The room was spotless with clean linen and all the required amenities. We almost didn't want to go out for the night.nnI have to mention the chef at the restaurant who fulfilled our last minute request with a complimentary birthday cake despite my unreasonable timeframe.nnThe highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast. Amazing food of all varieties including desserts and you sonehow have to stop eating at some stage. This breakfast is something we will enjoy again and again.
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne on Collins Street and had an excellent experience from start to finish.nnFrom the moment you walk into the hotel you’re greeted by a grand, spacious and Impressively maintained foyer that immediately sets the tone. It feels premium yet welcoming, and the cleanliness and presentation throughout the public areas are faultless.nnThe staff truly stood out during my stay. Every interaction was met with genuine friendliness and professionalism, whether at reception, in the lobby, or throughout the hotel. The service felt polished without being stiff, and it made the entire stay feel easy and enjoyable.nnThe location is another major highlight. Positioned right on Collins Street, the hotel sits in the heart of Melbourne’s business and shopping districts. It’s convenient for both work and leisure, with shops, cafés, restaurants and transport all within easy walking distance.nnThe room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was equally impressive, featuring both a strong shower and a proper bath which for me is quite important.nnBreakfast was consistently very good, with a great range and quality that set you up well for the day. Room service was also excellent, both in terms of speed and food quality. A special mention goes to the Club Sandwich, which was genuinely one of the better hotel versions I’ve had… fresh, generous, and very satisfying.nnThe lobby restaurant is a fantastic space to enjoy a coffee or a meal, whether you’re alone, meeting a friend, or having a casual business discussion.nnOverall, the Grand Hyatt Melbourne delivers outstanding service, comfort, and location, and I would happily stay here again or recommend it to others without hesitation.
The hotel located in a great location. Walking distance everywhere, we didn't use the public transportation one while we stay at Grand Hyatt. The room was good with nice city view. Good and services were OK. The lounge club offers a beautiful view of the city but the food presentation wasn't impressed me.

The bed was perfect after a long day, and the space felt upscale and thoughtfully designed. The views were a great bonus and added to the overall experience.nnService:nStaff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with requests, they made the stay feel personal and effortless.nnAmenities:nThe hotel facilities were top-tier. The gym and pool were well-maintained, and breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. Everything felt premium without being pretentious.nnLocation:nPerfect central spot—easy access to shops, restaurants, and Melbourne’s main attractions.nnOverall, the Melbourne Hyatt exceeded expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a luxurious atmosphere. I’d absolutely stay here again.
