A cozy 5 stars hotel conveniently located close to transportation, popular eateries and main shopping malls. The main entrance has two huge bird statues. The lobby is comfortable and relaxing. Guest room is slightly small in size. Collins Kitchen on ground level is a nice and convenient fine restaurant for guests.nnHowever just before we check out, we found some live bed bugs on our bed and dried blood on a bed cushion. Disgusting for a 5 star hotel.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, welcoming, and professional.nnRoom & Comfort:nThe room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day, and the space felt upscale and thoughtfully designed. The views were a great bonus and added to the overall experience.nnService:nStaff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with requests, they made the stay feel personal and effortless.nnAmenities:nThe hotel facilities were top-tier. The gym and pool were well-maintained, and breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. Everything felt premium without being pretentious.nnLocation:nPerfect central spot—easy access to shops, restaurants, and Melbourne’s main attractions.nnOverall, the Melbourne Hyatt exceeded expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a luxurious atmosphere. I’d absolutely stay here again.
I am writing formally regarding my recent stay at your hotel located at 123 Collins Road, Melbourne.nnDuring breakfast at the hotel’s dining venue, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behaviour displayed by several staff members, including a kitchen staff, hospitality staff, and the manager on duty. The overall attitude was disrespectful and unwelcoming, which is not what one would expect from a hotel of your reputation.nAdditionally, we were asked to pay an extra charge for breakfast despite having already paid for breakfast as part of our booking and we clearly mentioned number of people in our family. This additional charge was requested without clear explanation, and we were not informed of any such extra cost at the time of booking or during check-in at reception. This lack of communication and transparency caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment during breakfast.nWhen we tried to explain that breakfast was already included in our booking, the staff and manager handled the situation poorly and with an unacceptable attitude, rather than addressing the issue professionally and respectfully.nI believe this situation reflects a serious lapse in customer service standards. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate clarification regarding the breakfast charges and a resolution for the inconvenience caused.nI’m not able to give overall more than 2 star because of poor experience.
A five-star experience through and through! The staff were helpful and kind, the facilities clean and modern. My room was beautiful with great amenities and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the restaurant service was excellent. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. I also appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in and check-out process was. I felt pampered and cared for during my entire stay!
Such a lovely experience! The staff made me feel at home and were always smiling. My room was spacious and beautifully designed with modern furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The hotel is conveniently located, close to cafes and tourist attractions. The attention to detail and the overall service made my stay perfect. Truly a five-star experience in every way!
