We were staying for 3 nights at king room with river view and everything was just perfect. Staff were so nice, sauna and steam room always empty, everything is super clean, breakfast is insanely good. We loved everything even room service, all the food was such a good quality and exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and even more. Staff is attentive and very friendly. One thing though, TV wasn’t connecting to screen share, and when we called to reception for help, no one ended up coming. Still had a good time though and will definitely choose Hyatt for our next Melbourne trip. Lovely!

Beautiful room with amazing and luxurious complimentary items. High end toiletries and linens. The bed was so comfortable and the room very quiet. The curtains kept the room dark during the day so we could sleep in. Shower was lovely. Service second to none. We loved our 2 night stay from check in to check out. We can't fault a single thing.
I visited to celebrate my birthday. The front desk told to me they will provide a cake and wine. I really appreciated about that service and waited with anticipation, but I didn't receive it. I kept waiting yesterday. On a special birthday, I messed up my mood. When I told the front desk after checking out, they said they can provide me a discount on the mini bar. But I had already checked out. I don't think the benefits were necessary for me. I don't think it was a proper customer service. Please remember appointment with the customer. I will not visit again.
