Beautiful view and rooms, shocked at prices for tea and afternoon tea. Buffet breakfast is amazing. I loved it. Dressing gowns in the room were old, and the sleeve was shredded on one, Pillow was very hard, but the bed was great. Room was very noisy from the air-conditioning supplying the whole hotel as our room was above it. Didn't get much sleep. Room nice and dark though. Cleaned nicely.
I recently stayed at Langham Melbourne and was absolutely impressed by the exceptional service and the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their attention to detail and dedication to maintaining such high standards. Our room was spotless, with everything perfectly arranged and fresh. The luxurious feel of the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our visit was delightful. I highly recommend Langham Melbourne for anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience.
Overall, we would not stay at the Langham again. Great location in the CBD, however DO NOT pay for a corner view room. Although one window had a decent view from one window the one we paid extra for the view was horrible looking directly onto another building. Not worth it for the price at all! Only real positive about this hotel is the breakfast it was wonderful!. They really need to improve their check-in/out processes super slow and update their rooms as they appear dates. Crown Melbourne and Pan Pacific are much better hotels!
Sadly for a 5 star luxury hotel it was lacking in many ways. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t serviced at all even though we were out all day. We had to request milk coffee etc restock. The bath isn’t useable as it’s tiny. The room was nice river view but not 5 star.nThe lobby is stunning but I feel that’s where it ends. For what we paid we certainly didn’t get our moneys worth.
During my recent stay at the LANGHAM Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The luxurious rooms surpassed all expectations, and I felt like royalty throughout my remarkable stay. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of a warm and inviting environment with outstanding service. The scenery visible from my room was absolutely stunning.
