Nice, quiet, and secure residential building. There's a grocery store on the bottom level. But the most exciting part was the washer and dryer in the room! Very welcome after nearly 2 weeks on the road.

Was an amazing place to stay. Was a very reasonably priced place to stay. We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was absolutely spectacular. We used the washing machine for pit dirty clothes and it actually helped us save space in our suitcases (and time doing washing when we got home). Staying across from the Crown Casino was fun and was about 5-10 minute walk to Southbank Promenade with some goods restaurants (which was good exercise) and a 15 minute walk to Southern Cross bus station. Plus an IGA and Liqour store on the corner is convenient. I've already recommended staying here to my family and friends.

I would have given this place a 5 star if the room is a bit cleaner and everything in the room is actually working. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the draw in living room keep opening and we have to keep shutting it. The pool is dirty and the water is half full. No house keeping if you stay for less than 7 days which we stay for 6 days like seriously? Also the room is quite dusty and you can't really control the aircon, either super cold or warm lol

Mahyo is 190cm tall. Not short enough to stay. Just kidding. Mahyo stayed here instead of east side of Southbank. This side is better.
