NOT a proper hotel or chain, only a broker that rents out empty apartments for owners. No staff after hours, instructions or basic organisation. Not good for business travellers who only want to stay a day or two. Too much of a hassle with parking or returning keys if you have to 'check out' after normal working hours.  Was 'upgraded' to another location without being told and had to drag my bags to another location only to be told to go to yet another location. Check the cancellation or changes policy...basically no refunds. Maybe good for longer stays or family trips.

A nightmare if you're handicapped or have a baby. The wheelchair lift is constantly broken (like two or three times in a year) and then won't be repaired for months. Nobody feels responsible. There is no info given on scheduled repair dates. That's a huge problem, also if you have a Pram, as you won't be able to enter or exit the building on your own.

The $500 bond for people under the age of 25 is a joke. Most people under the age of 25 are students who struggle with money as it is.  To charge a $500 bond is unexceptable and then I was told that I would get it straight back when I checked out. This was untrue and I now have to wait 5 business days. I did not receive any information prior to arrival stating I would have to pay this amount. Lucky the room was nice and the view was good.
