We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are good apartments and the view we had was good. The service on the rooms was okay. If you want something specific done, you must let them know. For example. If you want the bed made up! Otherwise they just take out the rubbish and chabge the towels. All in all I enjoyed it here.
We'd booked a self contained one bedroom apartment well in advance and in the meantime did some tooing and froing with dates, but the hotel was patient and always helpful - and the same wonderful service was shown when we checked in. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city. We have stayed here before as this hotel never disappoints.
I had a great experience staying at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne. The location was very convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities that made the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Our Air Conditioning stopped working half way through our trip. We where moved to a new room which the staff where quite helpful where however the washing machine barely works and sounds like at some stage it has been dropped from 40,000ft, here for 9 days so needed to use it regularly with kids and 2 adults. Also the TVs are about 15 yrs old so no smart tv with Netflix or YouTube etc, only 3 free to air channels. Some staff where friendly and helpful especially the cleaners, however a couple of the reception staff did not want to be there.
Super disappointed in this hotel. While the room, two bedroom apartment is quite spacious. We found the service and overall quality to be incredibly poor. Our shower leaks, and leaked a huge river water into the master bedroom, soaking the carpet. We mentioned this downstairs to the staff, and that we treated our best to clean up the water with towels. They informed us that they would take care of it when we returned to the room today nothing was taken care of. The carpet was still soaked. The bathroom was still wet, and it was several hours since the shower was used. To top it all off the air conditioning in the room is subpar at best. There is very little airflow so now the room smells musty and moldy like a wet dog their answer they brought a portable air conditioner to our room however, there’s nowhere to actually vent the portable AC so we have to leave our balcony door a jar to vent out the portable AC. This feels like total amateur hour. Who built these showers for this bathroom? You can literally fit an entire finger in the gap between the shower door and the corner. There’s also black mold growing in the shower itself as if it hasn’t been cleaned and who knows how long. Super disappointed.nnEdit: The team was fast and accommodating, and moved us into a new room. In our new room, the air-conditioning works it does not have a wet dog smell. The shower still has the same gap, but we have to be careful to ensure that there is not a leak.
