Well priced. The best location I have stayed in Melbourne for being central to everything you would want to visit. Would return. Rooms good value.

Decent accommodation, the lobby has a sofa and table. There's a letter box for those who aren't living there but just booked the place for a few days or weeks etc (as was my case). The room I had was clean and cosy although the AC can't go below 21 or else it'll go a bit wonky. Had to close it manually before it could start again normally. The kitchen is decent, has all the basic equipment and plates, glasses, knives, etc. Location is superb, right next to Melbourne Central Station, Victoria Market, and the trams.

Very simple apartments. "City view" means it has a window, even if that window is just to the alley next door. Beds weren't terribly comfortable but it is in a convenient location and the cost is low. Don't expect luxury, but the rooms were good enough for a short stay.

Nice accommodation. Clean and well equipped. I stayed there with my family including a kid. Everyone enjoyed. Receptionist was friendly.

Moderate accommodation in the middle of the city. Central air-conditioned, which means you have no control over the temp or the air flow. Wilson's car park right next door which is great to access from the hotel.
