I booked a wheelchair accessible room with a kitchen for 2 weeks. It's not listed on their website, I recommend calling reception to book it. The hotel is beautiful, much fancier than I expected for the price. The room is huge with lounge chairs and dining table, it was big enough for me to host 6 friends for drinks. The accessible bathroom is massive: rain shower head, optional shower seat that can be pulled down, grab rails, great lighting for makeup. Multiple fast lifts & a short gentle slope ramp at the entrance. The bed is huge, the room is very sound proof, my stay was very comfortable, I'll stay again. Staff were wonderful & room service is delicious.nnThe only negatives: the lift doesn't go all the way up to the pool, you have to get out and walk up one level of stairs. The pool not being wheelchair accessible should be transparent on the website. The foyer and lifts have a VERY strong perfume fragrance, everyone who visited commented on how strong it is. The dial could be turned way down on it, it gave me migraines. The door to the room swings closed automatically, which was a bit difficult having to hold it open while wrangling a wheelchair, a simple device on the door piston that holds it open will make the entrance much more accessible.
My friends and I stayed last weekend. We booked the double king bed which accommodate 4 to 5 people. The room is huge with separate lounge and the bathroom has big bathtub.The staff knows how to make their guest happy and satisfied. The all you can eat breakfast was great, so many choices and they are all delicious. Thanks to Logan front desk. My friends were impressed with his serviced. We all had a fantastic stay and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, service was great. Had air conditioning issues on the first night which completely disturbed my sleep. Ended up being upgraded to assure the air conditioner issue was resolved. Not quite, so a caution to those who like arctic cold temp like me with the fan speed on continuous modes, the system seems to switch to an automatic function late at night, even though the wall panel has it set to your desired fan speed. So it will switch between high fan and low fan all night. Out of the staff’s control and they did all they could to accommodate. Still enjoyed my experience with them. Hotel bar is great too.
Perfect location and great checkin and checkout process. Only thing is housekeeping didn’t do much housekeeping - didn’t get a refill of hand soap and some crumbs from food i ate remained on the floor despite putting in the “make up room” sign on my door everyday for my entire stay. Overall great experience, highly recommend! just need more attention for housekeeping.
The service was outstanding. Best I've experienced in a long while. Very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities far exceeded expectations, especially given the price. Only issue was the poached eggs in the breakfast buffet were overcooked. Just a small thing, but when you're paying $39pp you deserve good eggs. Apart from that the buffet was good.nnHighly recommended overall.
