Really good location, rooms are fantastic, clean and modern. Service was good though service to the pool area was really slow but worth the wait. Also the pool area is amazing! Though some extra beds, tables and chairs would help, we came on a hot weekend and there definitely wasn’t enough sitting for everyone, still I highly recommend
My stay at Rydges on Exhibition Street in Melbourne was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The well-organized check-in system, including online check-in prior to arrival, was seamless. The room was extremely comfortable with luxurious towels, pillows, bed, toiletries, and excellent in-room service. The in-house restaurant and bar, along with the cozy foyer, added to the overall comfort and convenience. I absolutely loved my stay!
Amazing. I enjoyed 5 nights in Melbourne at this hotel. Booking in was easy and staff are very helpful.nI did have a few meals at the hotel, for the others I went to the restaurants in the area.nThis hotel stay was very memorable.
Rooms are quite nice, modern and seem newly renovated. The complementary breakfast doesn’t have much options, just the classics. Beds are huge, however pillow are a bit hard and beds aren’t the most comfortable, there are lots of seating in the room, and I like how the rooms are sectioned off.nNot much parking, despite being 2 levels, and is quite expensive, even for those staying overnight at $60 per night, for packing on top of the price paid to stay.nOverall, not bad considering we got to stay here for free due to flybuys.
Stayed here while attending a conference at the hotel, and found the whole experience really pleasant. I was assisted at check in by a lovely receptionist who was only on her second day in the job, but was just so nice and helpful. The room was well furnished, and, as I was on floor 21, had a great view over the city. The breakfast was great, with a huge range of options, setting you up for the day. The hotel is well located, with Chinatown pretty much next door and a huge range of eating and dining options close by.
