I had the best experience at the Beaudesert hospital and the emergency section today. All the staff were so lovely and kind, I didn’t feel like just a number, they took their time with me and were so thorough and helpful. Honestly it was the best hospital experience. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors who took care of me today, this is a hospital I actually like to go visit

I recently had a D&C procedure at Beaudesert Hospital, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. From the emergency department to the maternity ward, every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel supported and cared for.nnA special thank you to the night duty nurses and doctor in emergency who were so calm, kind, and attentive when I first arrived. Their reassuring words and gentle care helped me feel safe in such a stressful moment.nnIn maternity, the nurses were absolutely wonderful — patient, understanding, and always there when I needed something. And my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Maggie, who performed my D&C with such professionalism and compassion. She explained everything clearly and treated me with so much respect and care.nnIt was an emotional experience, but the kindness of everyone at Beaudesert Hospital truly made a difference. I’m deeply thankful to the whole team for their support and care.

My grandma and I came to the emergency department at Beaudesert Hospital on the evening of 7 October 2025 after she injured herself while cooking. We were both extremely impressed and grateful to the medical and admin staff. Everyone we met was so kind, calm, and gentle. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care!nnThe hospital was very clean, and parking was easy to find. The process to get admitted to the emergency department was quick, and we didn’t have to wait long.nnWhile we were there, the nurses and other staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my grandma with gentleness and respect. They also did an excellent job communicating with her as English is her second language, and they were very accommodating of me as her translator.nnA special thank you to the emergency doctor who saw us. The Dr was calm, reassuring, and provided a clear plan for next steps, addressing concerns without us needing to raise them.nnThank you again, Beaudesert Hospital, for your exceptional care and kindness! You made a bad day, a lot better!

broke my foot last night. was incredibly painful, I went to this hospital to get my foot fixed and I waited 2 hours to see a doctor. I sat next to a kid vomitting, luckily my boyfriend and my beautiful grandson were next to me offering support. the nurses were nice and welcoming. will come back here again.

Had road rash from a bike accident from overseas. Flew back into country and on the way home stopped in on a Saturday morning to get my wounds looked at and redressed. Every staff member was lovely and the doctors/nurses on duty took absolute care of me and even helped with letting me know how to take care of redressing/cleaning wounds as well as the condition of each one and how they are healing.
