The Wonderful Wesley Hospital... what a warm, welcoming, well-run hospital. From my pre-admission check-in to my final farewell, I was treated with respect, professionalism, care and consideration. Impressive culture you have created; overall, your team are happy and committed.nnMy stay was four nights on surgical ward and seven nights in rehab following total hip replacement by the diligent and dedicated Dr Bjorn Smith and his team.nnRoom was spacious and airy. Coffee machine on ward a blessing. A la carte Room Service an unexpected delight.nnThe Wesley Hospital has a heart; thank you to all who touched my heart.
I’ve had to stay at The Wesley many times, but each visit has been made a little easier by the kind and caring staff. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to listen and make you feel cared for. You can see how well they work together and how much they truly care about their patients. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and supportive. I’m so grateful for everyone there, they really make a difficult time so much better. Thank you.
Just having major surgery at the Wesley Hospital on Monday 17th the administration process was very well organized and well excited, surgery went to plan and on time explaining every step which made me feel very comfortable. After surgery back in the ward all the nurses and doctors treated me with the highest respect , I can no thank all the team at the Wesley enough THANK YOU.
Despite being old, it’s a very good hospital. The service and care is exceptional. Big shout to Cece, Lucy, Hayley, and Brenda for their care and kindness.
Recently came in for surgery for our 2 year old daughter, experience was good no issues. Staff lovely. Hospital is very dated and old but does the tricknnOnly comment would be room service is not patient friendly and quite annoying.nnWhilst it may be convenient ordering when desired it’s not an easy process
