I really have to commend the staff and doctors in the CCU. They are nothing but helpful, kind, caring and compassionate. The nurses were more than happy to let me continually contact them so I could check in on a patient whenever I wanted to ease any anxiety that I had. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was fantastic. Can’t thank the staff enough.

Recently had my mum present to ED via QAS, she was seen to promptly, and everyone was so incredibly friendly and caring. From the triage nurse and admin, to the 2 nurses, consultant and the Dr in acute care. All very professional, providing excellent care  and did thorough assessments.nThank you all so much for how you treated my mum and we as her family, we really appreciate all you have done.

Requiring the services of a Justice of the Peace was made easy by visiting the RBWHospital, Nicola was very helpfull and had all the required documents Certified in minutes, great public service. Thanks to Nicola for donating her time and expertise.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to the doctors & nurses for your expertise, care and kindness during the delivery of my daughter and the treatment she required in the NICU unit after birth. We will be forever grateful.

I want to praise the hairdressing salon on the ground floor at RBWH. This service adds a special touch of freshness and normality for people undergoing acute and chronic conditions. People overlook the simple things that make us feel better and human again when facing difficult circumstances. When you don't have the stamina to do your own hair, and feel crappy and just need a break from the ward and a chat with someone, this place is a godsend. Also, must acknowledge the reasonable pricing for a great service. Please support this service!
