I received amazing care from start to finish!! Entered via emergency by ambulance and stayed approx. 5 days/nights. All the staff, including the nurses, doctors, surgeons, specialists and admin, were so kind, understanding, respectful, mindful, professional, efficient and thorough. It was a breathe of fresh air as hospitals go. :) The first night was a bit rough and erratic in the short stay emergency ward as you would imagine. However, I was never treated with any ill will and the staff, once again were always very kind and ensured that I was as comfortable as I could be at all times. Thanks very much to all there! Very impressed and privileged to meet many of you. I would definitely highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical assistance as an inpatient or outpatient. :))

I received a SMS on 01/02/2018 asking me call this # 30896724 (which is Logan hospital) to book an appointment for urology clinic. Then I called this # on 02/02/2018 and a female answered my call and said that she cant help me in this regard. and I called again same day but she said same thing to me. Then I called again the same # today 05/02/2018 at 9.39 am and the same person ( I know her name ) answered me and I told her that I need to know about my appointment and the SMS asked her to direct me where i can get some help.Then she said she is busy and with a another patient and hanged up the phone. Is this the way that Logan hospital treating the public and their patients. where I can go now from here. please answer someone. regards.

Very short staffed for busy periods you will be waiting a long time keep that in mind. Doctors seem to have average knowledge as they couldn’t pin point what was exactly wrong with our daughter just gave her some medication and see how it goes ( stomach cramps and vomiting). The mater will be our visit next time it’s worth the drive!!

Perhaps the worst hospital on the planet. My son had a scheduled surgery at 07:00am and even after 04 hours he is still waiting. He hadn't taken any food or drink since 09:00am the night before. I also had back injury couple of years ago and was taken to this hospital in emergency department. They kept me sitting in waiting room for three hours, despite the pain and agony I was going through. I called a friend who came and stood up to the staff. After which they took me inside and laid me on a bed. No tests were done, not even an X-Ray. They kept me for 14 hours and told me to leave without even a single medicine and told me to see my GP. Tests carried out on referral of my GP showed couple of disks damaged and trauma induced peripheral neuropathy. Most of the staff members are cooperative and friendly but the overall system is horrible. IT IS BETTER TO DIE THAN COMING TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Was waiting in the hospital for 12 hours under suicidal ideation. Made it very clear I was scared to go home regarding these thoughts. Also told them I was already seeing (and had already previously seen) countless therapists/cousellors/ psychologists and been on many different medications but I needed something more. With that information they told me they thought it was best to send me home with a referral to get another psychologist. After sitting in the hospital for 12 hours and being spoken to condescendingly by not on the reception nurses but the mental health liason as well, I feel worse than when I originally presented myself. Do not go here if you are in any kind of mental health crisis, they don't care.
