I’ve been going to this practice for 32 years, through many owners, and Dr Zaheera is hands down the best GP I have ever had. She is an exceptional doctor, especially with regards to women’s health & I have never trusted a doctor as thoroughly as I do, her. I feel valued and validated when I see her. I don’t even live in the area anymore and quite happily travel because of the quality of care I get here.
Really grateful we found Dr Deb. I saw her first and found her knowledgeable in the area I was seeking medical treatment, so I recommended her to my husband who needed treatment for a totally different issue and she was just as knowledgeable. She is intelligent, thorough and empathetic. It is amazing to have finally found an incredible GP. Thank you Dr Deb!
The lack of care and compassion from Dr Mayo is disgusting. My father has been under his care for many years originally for skin concerns, now Parkinson's disease and dementia. Mayo has had no regard or empathy towards my father or mother during this time and has the audacity to condescend and degrade my mother and their carer. He picks and chooses which symptom he will deal with-only the easiest and ignores your actual concerns. He's only concerned with money. Billing you for consults that he's not even doing-he has the nurse do it and pokes his head in for literally 10 seconds to approve the procedure. He even makes you buy your own wound dressings.
Dr Mayowa Babatunde is a best male doctor I’ve had in the past 49 years. He is thorough, considerate, professional and a true gentlemen. Highly recommend him to anyone wanting a caring doctor.
Sub-standard GP, more interested in monetising patients than care. No bulk-billing, and no C19 testing. Clearly they dont care about the patients. Reception is the worst, they act like they are PERSONALLY managing a top-class medical facility, rather than a office building from the 70s, full of plastic chairs and grease-stains.
I have recently had the necessity to have 3 sunspots surgically removed from chest, ear and face. Dr Mayo was recommended to me and I could not be happier having gone with him. I found him to be extremely kind and very compassionate and excellent with his surgical skills. I would not hesitate to have further excisions performed by him should the situation arise. NOTE: Whilst visiting a Skin Specialist with a friend recently I showed him my excisions and said he could not have done a better job himself. 100% to Dr Mayo
I have been going to the practice for quite a long time now . Love the doctors and the staff there are ALWAYS cheery and helpful .
How very disappointing. I’ve been going to this practice for 19 years. I paid $75 for a consult 2 days ago, just went back today for a follow up and was literally in there about 4 minutes and had to pay another $75. It’s all about the money! I questioned it with Dr.Deb as I thought I should only pay for short consult and she was completely unsympathetic and could not care less! As long as they get the money. What a shame it has come to this that I’m not going back after nearly 20years of being a patient there. Shame on you, I am definitely going elsewhere from now on and would give a zero rating if it were possible!
I used to love this practice. It had a family feel and the doctors seemed to genuinely care. Unfortunately since new ownership Dr Deb can’t get you out of her office fast enough. I was in and out in 5 mins for a 30 min appointment. They’re all about the billables now.
I had my regular Dr cancel my appointment last minute, as I already arranged time off work I looked for another practice with an opening. I needed some sun spots looked at and a couple prescription written. Was told by the doctor she does not do skin, and does not write prescription for pain meds nurofen plus for people she doesn't know. I asked that she check my medical records online to validate my need. Exact words "I cant help you". No referral to a skip clinic, no offer for alterative pain management or recommendation for physical therapy referral.
