The team at Our Medical Loganholme are consistently respectful, supportive and attentive. From the receptionists through to the nursing staff, pathologists and doctors, everyone works incredibly hard to provide high-quality care. As one of the only bulk-billing walk-in clinics on the south side, it’s completely understandable how busy the clinic becomes, and the team can only do so much at any given time. Despite this, they continue to handle difficult and often negative situations with professionalism, patience and genuine empathy. You always feel listened to and supported, which makes a real difference.

Worst doctors practice I’ve ever been to. I injured myself at work Midly and I was sent in to receive a WORK - RECOVERY - PLAN. Please note this is NOT workers compensation. All my workplace needed was advice on how heavy I can lift per day. How often rest breaks are needed in order to recover etc. I was immediately told I would have to pay over $200 and they would not help me until then. When I tried to explain to the doctor that it wasn’t workers compensation I was after but just this other information in order for me to work, he shut me down and refused to see me.nThe doctors here do not care about you or your health. All they want is your money. I’ve visited this practice multiple times and returned in hopes maybe a different doctor would be better, and I’ve never received any sort of care from a doctor that actually helped me without being instantly dismissed. I tried to contact this practice to try and resolve the issue, only to be ignored. I highly advise not coming here and finding a doctor that will actually care about you.

If you have a lot of time to waste, and you dont mind wasting them, then yes, this is the right clinic. Average waiting time from an hour and half to 3 hours or more. It's almost the same as the waiting time in Logan emergency department. They don't have appointment system. It's just a lucky strike. A couple of times I went in the clinic while it's still close. Im literally the first one in line. I kept opening my app to log in but it won't let me because it will allow logging in only at 8am. I ended up being the 6th patient. When I'm there alone nobody else while the doors were still close and trying to log in every 5 minutes in the app. They don't have phone call appointment. Many time, after waiting for hours, they will say not enough time and and I need to go home and try again the next day.nHorrible, dept of health should look into their system if there is any violations.

If your in excruciating pain due to just having your jaw broken don’t come here, Dr GODFREY will not be any help to you. And if you need a doctor at 9:30pm don’t bother coming her either because even though they close at 10pm there won’t be any doctors because they’ve all gone home. Thank god for GEORGIE the receptionist she was so helpful and apologetic for the lack of professionalism the doctors suffer from. I managed to get my daughter’s script for pain medication within 5 minutes from calling the number GEORGIE gave me. I’d also like to add that the doctor I dealt with from Telehealth could speak FLUENT English as could Georgie, maybe if you had some fluent English speaking doctors in your surgery you’d come up from that 2.6 star review.

I didn’t mind the waiting time expected with walk ins. However, every experience I’ve had at this clinic has been terrible. I saw Dr. Fatima and it felt like she was there to judge my weight instead of helping me with my problem. I ended up sitting in my car crying feeling unheard, exhausted and honestly crap about myself. I decided to try Browns Plains Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic and realised that the experience at Our Medical was not okay. The Browns Plains Dr understood my pain, didn’t fat shame me and actually provided a care plan for physio. No wonder this place has such low reviews.
