The receptionist Lady is the ONLY good thing about this establishment. I discourage anyone who needs genuine help and care instead of an abusive doctor and a 15min or less in and out imeffective practise.  My "doctor" who was supoosed to care for me when i came for help instead refused to look at me ignored my greetings and made me feel very uncomfortable. He insulted my previous GP insulted my condition and the way it was being treated and left me in tears with nothing walking away. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been going to this medical centre for 4 years and have always had a very lovely experience, even when I wasn't feeling lovely. I now take my daughter here and all the staff are friendly and very happy to see us when we come in. Claire and Stacey always have time for me and any of my silly first time mummy questions. Dr Ram is great and my daughter loves him.

The receptionist Clare is so rude and unprofessional and I have dealt with her on several occasions. I will be making a formal complaint! Ever since Dr Pieris left the surgery the place is the absolute pits!!! Waiting time is a joke and the new Dr Hussain has no idea what he is talking about. An absolute disgrace. The up side the 2 nurses are very lovely and the best part about the medical centre but that’s about it. Would never recommend them!!

Doctor Hussain was very effective. He listened and didn't dismiss any doubts or concerns and just offered to back them up with a specialist referral, even though he couldn't witness any symptoms himself. Prescribed a non-anti biotic medicine for my four year olds cough that has not have been offered else where. I strongly recommend

I booked an appointment at 2:30pm. I was the only person there waiting and 4 people who came in after me were seen before me! When I asked the lady at reception what was going on she told me I wasn't booked in till 3:10 even though when I came in it was confirmed my appointment was at 2:30 and I wasn't told otherwise! I wasn't seen untill 3:30! Then the doctor refused to give me a doctors certificate and could not explain to me why!! By that point I had had enough and just walked out of there. I would of been better off going to my normal doctor in calamvale. How can you screw up something as simple as a doctors certificate? The receptionist and doctor are completely incompetent.. I should have read all the terrible reviews before wasting my time going here!

Just had my third appointment with Dr HUSSIEN just about the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Barely listened to me talked over me, made feel like an idiot when I asked if I could possibly have a degenerative condition belittled me then yelled at me when I started to cry. I honestly feel he has no interest at all in his patients or even in being a Doctor.

Stacey is the most caring and compassionate  person i have met! She is so warm and welcoming I love walking into the practice and seeing her bubbly face greet me. She genuinely cares and goes above an beyond for the patients she is a great asset to the practice.

Imagine my surprise today whilst seeing a doctor at the Holmview surgery to be accused of doctor shopping ! I have only been living in the area for a period of 4 weeks and needed to establish a surgery closer to my new home   Driving up and down to Miami Gold Coast was no longer an option. Because my visit was pain related and he had not bothered to ask relevant questions  he drew conclusions. Shame on him !! I am 67 yrs of age and live in constant pain. He should take down his shingle   He will be reported

The wait time with my autistic son resulted in a meltdown and the drs couldn't care less..whats worse is the rude receptionist who spends more time on her makeup than people skills.  An elderly man who showed up for his morning appointment a day late was treated horribly and threatened with a fee.  He obviously was mistaken and a phone call the prior day to check if he was OK when he didn't show for his appointment would have been more caring. When rescheduling she condescendingly said "try to show up for this one Mate" . That man probably fought for our country.  Find another profession!!

I’ve been a patient of Q Medical Holmview for years now and couldn’t recommend this medical practice any higher. Dr Ram has always been very caring and knowledgeable Dr and the boys love visiting the Q Medical Holmview because of this. Claire and Stacey are an absolute joy to visit the practice  and make the experience for myself and family an enjoyable visit to the Drs. They are very professional, caring and make the environment  a positive happy place for us all to visit. We love you girls, keep up the great work Q Medical Holmview :D
